We were there for a party and the service was the absolute worse... Id give it negative stars if I could, the waitress was beyond rude... She slammed our drinks down, complained the whole time she was in the room, the food was like having a microwaved pizza ... And not the good ones, the little greasy ones that got burned around the edges. The wings were cold, the drinks took a good 20 mins and I got 1 refill in the 2 hours we were there my daughter never got one after asking repeatedly. I will never go back to this place. I have never had such awful service, if I could of I would of walked out immediately... But I was stuck in this awful place.

Food is very good. Service was good. BUT, my visit on 12/26/2016 had a nasty surprise: 20% added to my debit card without my permission! Had to visit the day manager the next day to resolve. He claims he totally trusts his servers and couldnt explain why my debit card was overcharged. He did not offer to investigate; rather he reached into his pocket and provide a cash reimbursement of the overcharge. BEWARE - CHECK YOUR DEBIT CARD AFTER YOU VISIT HERE.

I called ahead... I arrived 15 minutes later to pick up my pizza and I stood at the bar for 15 minutes waiting on anyone to acknowledge me.. there were three waitresses there and they were not very busy.. not sure what was going on but I decided to go somewhere else.. in this day and age you have to provide customer service.. they failed at this on this visit

We just moved here from IL. This place is a few minutes away so we gave it a go. This is seriously the best pizza weve had in years! Almost better than made at home from scratch. The pepper jack cheese bites are addictive. Hubs and I agree, next time we need an XL and double the bites lol. What a blessing to live right by this place!!!

I visited the parlor on Crittenden dr, Today 9/9/2014 I ordered 1 large meat lovers thin crust, $ 27.00 later, not a lot of meat to speak of? 2 guys- 1 large pizza, 6 glasses of iced tea= 27.00 PLEASE: THIS IS WAY OVER PRICED?????? Flavor was not there either.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Pizza was phenomenal!! Service was the exact opposite!! I wasnt sure that I would get waited on at all. This was on a Wednesday, late lunch. The place was not busy, so there was no excuse. Lots of tvs and room for fun. Great place to go watch a Raiders game at!!!

Pizza was good, and the prices were reasonable, but the service was severely lacking. At the time we were there, we were the only folks not seated at the bar, there were two servers on staff, and it was like pulling teeth to get our group taken care of.

Nice decor. Accommodating for large groups/families. Compared to its sister location on Crittenden at the Expo that staff was more friendly than here. I wanted to trade a meat on a sandwich and was told no can do. Crittenden has done it EVERY time.

Decent food....HORRIBLE service. It took over 5 minutes just to have a server come to get a drink order. Only 5 other customers in the place. The"wait" staff were hanging by the bar talking to the bartender. First & last time Ill ever eat here.

Hands down the best pizza in Louisville. Very friendly environment, wait staff is awesome, lots of TVs to be able to watch the game. If you havent been here and try their pizza and you like the cracker crust type Pizza theres is Simply Amazing

Make sure you get the pepper jack cheese balls. They are incredible and worth the trip on their own. The atmosphere is homey and comfortable. I have never seen or met a server who wasnt friendly, helpful, and smiling. I love this place!
