Food is good but over priced. Panera does an excellent job marketing their product as a higher quality product but it really is just smoke and mirrors. The food taste good just overpriced for what it is. The bagels are great and awesome value on bagel Tuesday. The coffee is good as well but again overpriced, McDonalds offers a better coffee and price.

Il faut absolument goûter les salades de Panera ! Pour un francais les sandwichs ne sont pas convaincants (le pain nest pas terrible) mais les salades sont fraîches et excellentes.

I have been going to this location for years. However a lot of changes have been made and it now takes my food 20-30 minutes to be ready and the order is wrong every time. The salad sizes have shrunk a lot. The tables are sticky and very dirty. The floors are nasty as well. Very disappointed in what used to be my favorite place to eat with my mother.

I went there expecting it to be like every other panera but when I told them their coffee expired they said "no, thats when it was made" and I kept telling them it was two hours past expiration date and they wouldnt change it. Then after I finally get my coffee they decide to change it. There was coffee grains in my coffee later on when I drank it.

OMG I wanted to order a bread bowl but was worried I wouldnt get enough soup which has happened to me before at other Paneras. But the girl was so nice and worked with me and I got a bowl of the soup with the bread bowl which was the perfect amount! They were the sweetest people! Great service! Very pleased! Eat here!

My wallet was stolen out of my purse while standing in line after I ordered. This is not the first time theft had occurred at this location. Make sure you zip your purse. I received no apology from management and the manager acted like he didnt even care. The owner should consider hiring a security guard.

Food was okay. Got there at 1015 and when we got to order at 1100 I couldnt have breakfast. They had no sense of urgency about anything. The cinnamon roll wasnt warmed and was disappointing. The 4 cheese soufle I was able to get because it was premade was pretty good, and I liked the coffee.

One of the worst experiences at a Panera...the second time in the same week where they ran out of bread bowls and baguettes both. The orders were wrong and the soup was served without a spoon. Will never be back again and have lost my interest in Panera Bread altogether.

Usually have a good experience here but I got a pick 2 combo and the half sandwich was so small it looked like the half piece of bread had been torn in half. And I paid extra for adding chicken. When I asked the employee she just said "yea sorry" and walked away :(

I often buy the broccoli cheese soup from this company to know that it shouldnt smell like urine. Not sure what happened today but it had a strong odor. Went through the drive thru and you could hear a trapped animal whimpering. I hope they called animal control.

We love panera bread and have been to a lot of them. Never have we seen one so dirty as the one in Clarksville, IN. Not a clean table and the floors were disgusting. Also the girl taking our order wasnt very helpful or seemed to care. Very disappointing.

Food is always great here. Employee that served me was pleasant. Only concern is that I spent about 10 mins. trying to put an order in on the ordering kiosk and then it asked for a tip... The kiosk was not user friendly like others I have encountered.

Not impressed at all. The seating is cramped, staff isnt very friendly and the food is horrible as well as overpriced. Go down the road to McAlisters or somewhere similar for better food and pricing.
