It certainly isnt that I hate this place, every food item I (we) have ordered has been terrific. However, I (we) live two blocks away and have been frequenting this establishment since the day The Pint Room opened. I sincerely want this restaurant/bar to thrive as it is in my neighborhood. When Ben was the manager, I always felt welcome as a friendly neighborhood patron, and since his departure, every single time I (we) come in were asked if its our first time here. Weve probably been here more times than the servers. The turnover is unbelievable, and it really is unfortunate. As a tip for customer service, I really believe it would be beneficial to the staff NOT to share tips. The tip sharing has equalized the service, which has resulted in mediocrity, apathy, and a general lack of care. I love that the Pint Room is my local "place to go," but quite honestly we receive much better service at 3 Wise Men in Broad Ripple, which we frequent much less often. My hope is that new management will return this establishment to the quality friendly neighborhood restaurant/bar that it should be.

The Pint Room in Downtown Carmel is a relaxed bar atmosphere with plenty of local beers to choose from. The bar is open seating so if you have a group of people make sure someone shows up a little early to get the good seats against the wall or at the bar. The food is a little bit more than average pricing but considering the location its not bad. Costs aside their is the local scenery to enjoy and the Monon is just a short walk away. If you are doing a bar crawl in Carmel this should be on your list of places to grab a drink from.

We love The Pint Room! My parents live in walking distance up the Monon and we visit frequently. My husband, and I went last night with some friends for the fourth of July, and our waiter Luke was fantastic, and even let us sneak out to watch the fireworks and abandon our table for a half hour! The food is incredible. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Ask about the beer bacon. Its DELICIOUS! We will continue to go back to The Pint Room. We love it!

Arrived about 6 pm on Friday evening. Restaurant mostly empty. Lots of beers to choose from. Menu has a variety of offerings to chose from. Staff comes off as inexperienced. I appear to be having a poor reaction to the crab sandwich I partially consumed. Crab sandwich contained shells, so did not finish. At this point, grateful for not finishing. Others that came with me enjoyed their burgers. We all enjoyed the hummus app.

Aside from the great beer selection and tasty burgers, The Pint Room just has a better atmosphere than the other "brewpubs" in the area. Carmel restaurants can be one dimensional, but this place brings in a diverse crowd of beer lovers. My wife and I keep coming back to this place and bring friends from out of town here to grab lunch or dinner. Cheers!

Good service and ambiance. Food was tasty, had a nice salad with large piece of chicken. Felt it was a little overpriced (common for Carmel) and was disappointed with lack of gluten free bun/bread. Tons of delicious looking burgers and sandwiches that would be much better if people who needed gluten free could actually eat them on a bun.

PBJ Bacon Burger w/ Strawberry is the best burger in the joint. Never would have guessed house alicious it turned out to be pretty cool-looking environments almost took a store in way from my review because the service sucked but Im not going to let on 1st Im at the restaurant but thats great ruin a worthy review

Wow. 120+ beers on tap, great food. Best wings Ive had since moving to Indiana 8 years ago. French fries and sweet potato fries were phenomenal. Definitely worth a try for a good meal or a great beer. Our server Luke was very attentive and excellent help when choosing beers. We will definitely be back!

Experience here was less than stellar. Several dirty glasses and plates. My burger was missing one of the toppings. Food was nothing special. Our waitress was in lala land and ignoring all of her tables. Good beer list, but with a price tag. Management handle our concerns above and beyond though

The beer selection is adequate, but the food prices are a bit outrageous for the offerings. While Carmel is known for being ritzy, this is a bit too out of the price range for even the Carmel hipster. Mostly, it is viewed as a place for a date when you want to impress without going all out.

It was the best night of my life. I have never done so many keg stands in one night before. The bounce house in the bar was so much fun. The free pizza buffet was on point. But the best part of it all was if you order over 100 dollars in drinks the waitress dances on your table !!!!!!!

Stopped in to the pint room the other day. Bad mistake. It is obvious that their executive chef could use some training, perhaps at McDonalds which would be a step up. The service was fine, it was just apparent whoever runs the kitchen needs to be replaced, and FAST!

Delicious super juicy burger (BBQ), big portions at a reasonable price. Onion straws and fries were equally tasty. Huge selection of beer on tap if that is your thing. Quick service. The beer/bar bacon, an unlisted menu item, is very good and a reasonable price.

This place has a great selection of beers on tap. The food is also quite good. More higher quality than your traditional pub grub fare. If beer is not your game, one of the gals that bartends here made me one of the best whiskey sours Ive ever had!

Hands down the best bar and restaurant of northside Indianapolis. Phenomenal beer selection and no menu item that Ive tried has left me disappointed. Most bars are merely trying to be the pint room and nobody gets it like they do here.

$3 Monday draft/craft pints on Mondays... an incredible tasty selection of about 30 different IPAs, Ales, Lagers and Stouts on draft - what more could a beer lover ask? Food is tasty, service is fine and the setting is ideal... enjoy!

We love the beer selection and food! Kids menu is great! Only complaint is the service can be hit or miss. Some are good, many seem like they couldnt care less about helping you. Edited to add: kids eat free on Tuesdays!

Come for the beer, stay for the beer. Large selection of beers for every taste and season. This season, Thirsty Dog Wee Heavy and Oskar Blues Old Chub nitro. It is a little pricey, but then so are most good things.

Food is decent. The burgers used to be awesome, but they have gone to a pre-made off site patty and they are only mediocre at best. The best burgers in Indy are at Flamme (in Fishers on 116th/69 area)

Great food and an amazing beer selection. They have good deals through the week on drinks. It does have a nice sized section for restaurant style seating plus a large seat yourself bar area.
