Idk where these good reviews come from... I go late at night and the crew is horrendous.. In particular the tall monotone waitress with longer hair should probably find a new career field. One that does not involve customer service at all. Ive had multiple issues with her.. She argues and doesnt admit mistakes and she cant tell the difference between over well and over medium.. She had to remake my eggs 3 times because she did not understand over well is a nearly solid yollk... She served me straight over easy not even medium twice... Runny whites... She kept arguing waffle House doesnt have a over medium well and when u ask for over medium well you get over easy. I very patiently decided to put all terminology aside and asked her to kindly cook the egg white and yolk to a semi solid state then flip the egg and cook a tad longer till the yolk is near solid..... She still made it wrong.. Thats when I lost my patience.... Its a breakfast place ... Knowing how to cook eggs is basically mandatory requirement... Come on! But the worst part was her attitude the whole time... She treated me like I was beneath her and she could do no wrong ... Then they messed up my next two orders I stopped going to waffle House no joke after that ... Had it Well its been 6 months figured maybe a new crew ... Go in and order Texas cheese steak melt , asked if there was onions and mushrooms on it... They said just onions ... I ended up with the patty burger not the cheese steak .. They were nice enough to fix it for me but rudely blamed me for the mistake... " I was standing right there you said patty melt" This is not true I will admit I pointed at the patty melt but I clearly asked for cheese steak twice , why would I ask about mushrooms on a burger... Besides they both have the exact same name Texas patty Melt or Texas cheese steak melt come on! Dont be rude about an easy mix up.... They fixed it but man Im so over waffle House all together its been 6 months since my last order ... Never again... And I know its common for people to claim that because I work in the business so I know how it is... But when I boycott something they wont see my businesses or anyone elses that i know for a while... I will admit the new crew is much more pleasant.

Havent had a bad experience here till today. First I thought the lady was new but she made it clear her boyfriend came before her tables. I ordered a all star which comes with a waffle. She brought the whole table their food but my waffle. We saw it get made and just sit their for about 10min. The whole time she was talking to her boyfriend. Then it took another lady to tell her the waffle was ready and she acted confused. She brought to me and told me the all star came with a waffle. I made the comment "I thought you forgot" and she blamed the cook saying they made it late. I could understand if it was busy, but it was dead.

Most places have a sign saying “no shirt no shoes no service”. My 12 year old had on a one piece modest bathing suit with flip flops because her coverup was sandy and wet. We walk inside and a woman at the counter rudely asked if I have a cover up for my daughter. I ask if that’s really necessary as she is covered and her cover up is wet. The woman stated yes. So, here my kiddo sits in her wet coverup freezing. I am almost 100% sure that ladies come in here in tube tops and mini skirts. Are they told to go coverup? No. I’m disappointed in the service. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the food is good.

Never been disappointed coming to this cracker barrel. Took my in laws here since theyve never been to one and the waitresses were warm, welcoming, and hilarious! I wish I remembered our waitresses name, but she was an older lady and she gave my in laws great advice about things to do around here. The food was great and our drinks could never get half empty before our waitress filled it up. Fantastic service.

I never had a problem until one day they got my entire order wrong. When I bought it to the waitresses attention her and the cook decided to talk trash about me very loud mind you. Ive already made up my mind Im not going back. Cracker barrel or take the drive to Dennys even pick up Hardees breakfast. It all tastes better anyways.

The people were really nice but there was an antique problem and I had ants all over my table. Everything seemed fine but then we got home and realized we had contracted food poisoning. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this particular store.

Staged WH fare... But somehow it seems to be prepared with a little extra care. Always good, plentiful hot coffee--and the staff make this place! My wife and I love all the friendly servers. Great place for a quick breakfast and visit.

The staff here has always been great, and this is one of the most open and clean feeling Waffle Houses Ive ever been in. The food is like it is at every one Ive eaten at - yummy!
