Amazing food and genuinely kind people. My family had just gotten off a plane at Midway and for some reason my wife craved falafel. My 12 year old son consulted Google and we were at Fattoush in a few minutes. We had been travelling all day and my son just wanted a hot dog so we ordered "to go" to bring the food home. The manager was extremely friendly and helpful and sat us at a table to give us a chance to look over the menu. When he found out my son wanted a hot dog he said he would give him a free sandwich if he just tried it. The staff brought tea while we waited for our order. The whole process took only 10 or 12 minutes an when we got home, the food was amazing. The sandwich was in the bag, he wasnt kidding! My 12 year old tried it but liked my mixed grill plate better. My wife had the mixed veggie appetizer, I had the Fattoush mixed grill and we all split what turned out to be a huge order of humus. My daughter wound up eating his sandwich which was delicious and my son ate half my mixed grill plate and the hot dog sat uneaten. While I waited for my food I watched a restaurant full of friendly, smiling people serving plates of delicious looking food. There were several large families and groups of all sizes and ages. Thank you for the hospitality you offered a weary traveler and his family, even if we had just gotten off a plane, not a huge trek Ill admit. We will definitely be back to sit and relax and enjoy the full experience.

If there was a way to give 0 star. I would. I was disgusted by their service and hookah. First I asked for the natural charcoal. They said we dont have. But I saw customers using them on other tables. Thats not the best part. I was waiting for their hookah for over 30 mins. When they have 3 tables. Like how long does it take to pack a head and give me start up coals, such as three kings. But after waiting for such a long time. They bring me a hookah with dirty water in the base and the hookah had other flavor mixed with it. Worst experience ever. Dont waste your time and money. Find a better place. I recommend Village Garden on 84th and harlem. Atleast they let me smoke in peace and let me have a nice time.

Positives: Good fresh food Authentic ethnic cuisines Good decor Friendly staff No hookah smoke Negatives: Slightly overpriced compared to same type of restaurants in the area Slightly slow service Parking It was busy, which tells us that the locals seem to like it. Also tells us that the food is fresh. After we ordered, we had server envy, as our server didnt tell us the lunch specials like the serve at the next table. Our tabooli salad was forgotten .. And the server was like well, I asked you if it was brought out to you. The soft drinks were $4.99, so over priced. Not a total deal breaker, just slightly annoying. Will most likely go back to give it another try.

THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE , OUR WAITER WAS LITERALLY THE WORST , i would be talking to him and would interrupt me while Im talking . They brought the food and he never checked back with us . He forgot the straws we asked for straws , he just brought one and we were 5 people . He was very rude and unprofessional with dealing with us . We also orders desserts at the end and he brought it over without any spoons . Who does that ? We literally had to go to the back to get spoons . It wasnt even busy and the waiter was very reckless he didnt even care . I think this place should step their service up because I will definitely not be returning here .

(Old review. Our rating somehow got changed so I edited it to set it back to what it was originally.) We were seated promptly, and then absolutely ignored. The waitress walked past us multiple times, but just didnt seem to notice we were there. We waited almost 25-minutes and were about to leave when they finally decided to pay us some attention. We ordered a couple of simple mixed-grill selections, and the shwarma was dry and almost tasteless, although the lamb was quite good. Overall, we left hungry, though, as many of the selections just werent that good. Would not go to again.

The worst experience I had due to overcharge. Watch closely and read carefully your bill. These guys are dishonest. They charged us about $50 per person. Previous experience (at the time I thought it was an honest mistake), they charged us extra for a third person who came and sat with us (who works there). When the person left, they added his bill to ours. We caught that “mistake” and they corrected the bill. The food was below to about average. I do not recommend, but if you go, watch out for the "robbery". If you dont believe this review, read other reviews.

big time rip off.. run away. $20 ramadan buffet is a complete rip off... I invited some guests who came from out of town for Iftar and it was a complete disaster and embarrassment . nothing but rice and salad. No plates were available so we had to wait until they bring plates. they even charged $20 / person + gratuity- close to $23/ person for a plate of rice! customers are usually single men and they were staring at my guests which made them and me feel uncomfortable. our bill was $140 and we left completely hungry and we went to eat some place else.

Came from out of town and wanted a place to get Halal food. We didnt dine in, but this place is nice for dining in. We were not disappointed with our cheeseburgers and mixed kabob dish. The kabob dish came with 3 kinds of meat, rice, hummus, a salad, and pita bread. The cheeseburgers were on the kids menu, but the serving was large enough to feed an adult. Our total for three cheeseburgers with fries and kabob special was $35 and intended to feed 4 people but couldve easily fed 5. I would definitely recommend Fattoush.

We hired Fattoush to cater our poolside dinner party. Chef Ibrahim was in charge of the setup, food preparation and onsite barbecue. He did a beautiful job. The setup was great, the appetizers and barbecue were all phenomenal, the presentation was outstanding and creative. The barbecue included skewers of kabob, shish kabob and chicken & fish cubes. The service was also excellent. I highly recommend Fattoush and definitely Chef Ibrahim for your catering.

Omg this place is so amazing! The restaurant has great food! The portions are enough for families which makes everyone have their own food. We had a great waiter who had good patience which makes any customer happy. Thank you. The reason I rate 4 stars , it gets crowded and groups of 6 or more might not have seats. Lucky for me, we had 7 people but we still got seats.
