My experience at this specific location was horrific!!! My fiancé and our children went to enjoy a peaceful lunch and it turned out to be hell. First thing that happened was the table that we were seated at was falling apart it was wobbling, I got up to see if I can get a different table and the booths were nearly all the same so we didnt bother and stood there. Second our waiter asked for all four of our drinks mind you we have two children as well she came out with only me and my fiancé drink and we waited for at least eight minutes for our kids. Third we wanted to take advantage of the unlimited appetizers for the kids. Me and him were going to get two meal ourselves. So we waited no exaggeration twenty minutes for mozzarella sticks, there was only four so it went fast, we tried ordering another appetizer which would have been wings, we waited ANOTHER 15 to 20 minutes for that as well! Weve noticed that while we were waiting they gave our wings to the people that were seated behind. As we were waiting yet for another order of wings. Me and my fiancé were talking to the couple that was seated next to us and also in front of us they as well were complaining of the wait and the rudeness of the staff. They brought out the wrong food not only once but twice also did not ask if we needed any refills and we were sitting in this restaurant for at least 55 minutes only had one appetizer and two dried hamburgers with the stuff we said we did not want on there. I therefore couldnt take it anymore I asked to speak to Octavio which was one of the managers he said he couldnt do anything about it. Therefore I asked to speak to another manager and this man was name Reggie I was just blown away of how Reggie took care of the situation and how he spoke to us and the couple behind us. He said that either way we have to pay for our meal even though we only took a couple of bites out of our hamburgers and said the wait is the wait! Ridiclious! I also only had one appetizer throughout the whole time that we were there I refused to pay for one appetizer! Our children ONLY ate mozzarella sticks two each! The couple that was sitting behind us also got up and left! Reggie was the WORSE! He even had the nerve to talk to some people I assume he knew about our issue with the meals I overheard his conversation saying that how do you think you can get a free meal if you took a bite of the hamburger and was laughing and yet said that is why he doesnt want to work there anymore. I was in shocked. At that point I knew he had knew them. He did not handle the situation the right way that is something you do not do worst customer service ever! He in no shape or form should be a manager of any restaurant! He was very rude and customer service there is the worse! I have NEVER dealt with a restaurant like this! And highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION to go to with family or friends! By far the worse restaurant Ive ever been too and thats sad. I will be contacting corporate as well that is how disgusted I was with this location and there service.

Unacceptable experience tonight. The only reason why I go here is because of one bartender who knows her stuff. And because its convenient. Everything else sucks. Sucks so bad that the police have to stand at the entrance, holding the the door for you ever so politely.The person who seats you will disappear for long periods of time to the point you have to go look for her or seat yourself. We had a table ready but it sat dirty for 15 mins because nobody wanted to clean it, we asked 2 people if they could. We walked over and waited for it to be cleaned after having enough of waiting by front door. Our server walked by several times before taking our order. She too, disappeared for long periods of time. Half of my meal came. The rest never came. Check out was just as bad. Since service was really bad and half my meal came, I wrote a discount code I had for my bill. We split the bill, since each of us are Rewards members, she comes back and says "the system will only allow her to add credits to one account". Even though we have separate checks and separate accounts. So my points were not added but the other persons were. Whatever. Nonetheless she did not apply my discount correctly and I sent the check back for her to tell me some crap that it was applied right. I just wanted to leave before I exploded so I signed the receipt and left no tip. (Side note: when the waiter gave us our receipts, she had the audacity to highlight the bottom where the check suggested how much of a tip to leave. Little miss Stevie Wonder couldnt see us when we sat down but now she can see our wallets?!). To put the cherry on the top, I was really pissed off about my trip here that I called back on my way home to speak with a manager. First time, 3 minutes no answer. Second time, hold 9mins. Took 8 call backs for someone to pick up and get a manager. Manager refunded the check but damage is done. Unprofessional staff. Unlicensed bartenders. Stuffing their face with food behind bar. TVs not working. Walking around with attitudes. Go downtown to Fridays. Or to the Suburbs. Best decision you could make in your life.

My experience at Fridays was the worst dinning experience ever!!! Our bartender Jimika was TERRIBLE! She took forever to greet my brother and I , she took forever to bring us our 1st drink and when she did she brought me the wrong drink. I sat for another 10 minutes before I could get her attention to tell her. When I finally got her attention I told her about my drink and ordered food. That was another mistake. I waited over 30 minutes and still no food. She NEVER CAME BACK TO CHECK ON US, so I flagged her down and told her. She said "your food didnt come out yet?" Then it took another 15 minutes for my food to come out......and when it did it was not what I ordered. I told her this is not what I ordered. I ordered the endless garlic parm not the JD glaze. She told me I could have the JD glaze(didnt want it)and she would get my garlic parm, but when it came out i got the refill portion!! I was so hungry I ate my small portion and closed my check. What made the experience worse was there were a group of 4-6 ladies sitting across form us that got there drinks and food refilled in a timely manner while the other 2/3 of the bar sat and watched. What made us different? The other bartender that was making drinks and on her phone the whole time I was there and the only service she provided was to the 4-6 ladies. WOW!! I see why T.G.I.F has good specials, no one would come if they didnt because the service is so bad. Jimika wasnt rude but wasnt apologetic nor accommodating either. We got there at half time of the Bulls game and got our food when the game ended...WHERE ARE THE G.M.S AND D.M.S AT? HAVE THEY READ THE REVIEWS??
