Well I ordered Shepards Pie from the lunch menu at the price of $8.49. When I got my bill I noticed I was charged the dinner price of $9.99. I asked the girl at the checkout counter if I could see the menu and she gave me the Dinner menu firs.,I asked her to see the lunch menu which is the one I was given at the table to order from. When I told her I was charged $9.99 for the dinner she replied "Yeah". She told me that it was now dinner time and thats how much the entree was. I explained to her that we were there well before dinner time and that we were given the breakfast / lunch menus to order from and showed her that the price for the entree was only $8.49. She replied by saying it was the waitresses fault and she will tell her so she doesnt make the same mistake again. Never did she offer to adjust the bill for me and my wife. She then said with a smirk on her face "maybe next time you will come in for the dinner price" I replied by telling her that next time I will just stay home. The dollar and a half was not the issue, it was the principle here. Young lady dont expect customers to bow down to your arrogance in this economy your bad attitude towards customers is simply not needed and or appreciated.

The ham and cheese omelettes are out of this world the corn beef is fabulous. I ordered 2 corned beef toasted sandwiches and 1 had 8 slices of beef and was a nice size sandwich and the other had 2 slices and was very small. I dont get how one could be so small and the other so large being the same sandwich. Ive had other food here that was just disgusting. After having so many bad experiences I will not return.

Ashford House has always had very tasty, classic Irish/English fare, but their service has waned over the past several years. This hit a low point recently, when my family and I visited during dinner and it took 90 minutes to receive our food. 90 Minutes!! This was really unfortunate and should deter anyone from visiting this restaurant during normal meal times.

If youre looking for authentic Irish meal, this restaurant will provide your fix. Whats even better is the Winstons Market next door. The staff is uber friendly and the meats are top notch. They also have a great selection of prepared meals. Recommend their selection of fresh lunch meats and sigature corned beef (mmmmmm....Reuben...)

Found a gem.... been by here hundreds of times and never stopped. Wanted to try someplace different to eat. Everything was outstanding and flavorful. Well be back again and again. I recommend bangers and mashed appetizer. I had shepherds pie and Maria had corned beef. Excellent food, very reasonable price, a must try restaurant.

Simply decorated like so many pubs in Ireland. And true Irish food. I love the traditional Irish breakfast. And its always more than I can eat. The soda bread is pretty authentic, not the sweetened stuff you get at the grocery store around St. Patricks day.

Quiet and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast and reading the paper. I always go there when I get my car serviced at Rizza FORD. Its a short walk to the Walgreens for a paper and cross the street for food. Easy way to spend the time waiting for your car.

Loved this place. Best Irish breakfast Ive ever had! My coffee cup could have been cleaner... but all in all it was a great experience. Awesome food, friendly service, fair prices, and a family restaurant feel.
