Quick carry-out option located smack in the middle of a strip mall on Skokie Boulevard, Thai Inbox is a great idea for that one day in the month youre not ready to start taking out the pots and pans. The Basil Fried Rice is top notch, with the perfect mix of grease and crunch expected in take-out boxes. The Pad Khee Mao is also wonderful, although a little bland. Portions arent huge, but then again, this isnt the kind of food youd want to reheat or repeat as its best eaten fresh. The restaurant is really not much of anything as theres only a few stools facing the window for seating. Nope, not a place to linger, but certainly cooking up a storm back inside the kitchen.

I ordered Fresh Spring Roll and Panang Curry (To-Go) If you are thinking about rice paper wrapped spring roll this place does not have them. It is Egg paper wrapped. and they are small (8x quarter size) and charge you 6 dollar for it. Panang Curry was decent but the Rice was dry. it was little spicier than usual. Meat was dehydrated ( I believe they are frozen). and they didnt use a lot of coconut milk. As Local Guide If you want to try genuine Thai Food go to : Lai Thai Restaurant

Ive been eating here for about 3 years. They can be unfriendly at times, depending on whos running the place, but the food has been consistently good and last time they smiled when they took my order and thanked me too!
