Great food and quick service! The ONLY real PROBLEM there is some of THE CUSTOMERS. Instead of placing their dishes in the nearby "bus tubs" when they are finished with their meals they often leave their dirty dishes etc at the table and walk out. As a result the guys who bring people their food have to stop and clean up their messes. During the busy lunch and dinner hours this can be problematic because instead of focusing on bringing people their orders they spend time cleaning up behind folks. The more and the larger the mess left the more time the food runner has to spend cleaning it. This leads to us having to wait longer to get our food. But the food runner , a Black guy with a Spanish name....... I think it was Fidel, anyway he ALWAYS serves me with a SMILE. Last time I didnt have time to put my plates away so I left him a tip. GREAT GUY! I saw him carrying THREE plates at a time. He is my FAVORITE employee at the Glenview location. The General Manager there is great too! I see him working right along side his employees. You can tell right away when you walk in that they have a culture of making sure that the customer is happy and well served. FIVE STARS!!! Make sure you try the Strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. The Glenview location is the BEST at making those!

This Panera Bread is the best. No matter how busy/ hectic the place gets, the staff is always smiling, friendly, and super efficient. Yesterday, the staff at this prime location went out of their way to help me. I spaced on picking up a rapid pick-up order for 2pm that I placed over the weekend because I knew Id be at the doctor all day. I realized I forgot to pick up my order at 5pm so I called the store to explain the situation and see if they had held it for me. Instead, the woman I spoke with told me to come in and they would remake it fresh for me. I came in at 6:30pm, during full dinner rush, and they quickly remade my order. The gentleman at the counter was super understanding and never stopped smiling :) and the manager on duty executed my order remake in mere minutes and literally hunted me down in the restaurant to deliver my order. I must admit the reason she had to look for me was because I was intrigued by the prickly pear tea so I wondered to the end of the line and the gentlemen making food (for a fully packed restaurant) offered to let me sample the tea. This place honestly just has exceptional service and the food is always on point. Ill be bummed to leave this Panera when I move downtown.

Messed up my order.....again!!! I just wanted a plain old Tuna sandwich on wheat. I got a Tuna sandwich on Ciabatta. Too late to go back because I took the order to go. For $8+ for a sandwich I think they should try a bit harder to make sure orders are correct. And these people want $15 an hour.....GET THE ORDERS RIGHT!!!!!

The food was consistently good. The location has a large space and plentiful outlets, making it seem like a great location for digital workers to set up for a while. However, the internet here is bad. And TMobile cell service is weak. Kiss of death for me. Im not coming back.

Multiple times Ive ordered the Avocado BLT and received one slice of avocado. Its in the name of the sandwich. For the price they are charging, I am not getting what Im promised. I cant go here anymore after being stiffed so many times.

Had a order scheduled through online . It was P/U on time and was Excellent. All that I ordered was in the efficient packaging and the food was Excellent. Will recommend highly to all who need quick delicious sandwiches for a group.

Went in this morning for a bagel and coffee. Travis and Ron were very helpful, especially when my bagel wouldnt toast. They were very nice and apologetic for the extra wait. They made my morning! Thanks Ron and Travis!

Cozy bakery-cafe with plenty of seating (regular tables, booths, sofas). All of the classic Panera dishes and delicious fresh coffee. Staff is competent and hard-working. A go-to breakfast and lunch option.

Very disappointed in my lunch today. I ordered a Greek salad from this location and the red onions looked to be as old as my grandma. They arent even red, they are pink colored. The salad was not fresh.
