I ordered through Uber eats and the platters were served in a bag of tiny falafels. Salad in a doggy container. Along with tiny baklavas cut into small squares and overpriced. The order stated rice with salad coming with the meal. No rice to be seen yet. Jerusalem Salad was supposed to come with the meal as well as side salad. Did not receive the salad. Platter I believe is a platter or at least a tray in which resembles a platter. Very disappointed and over priced because my few items were priced at $50. In reaction to my boggled order I called the establishment. I was told that was how it had to be and that the order was right. They do not present a well ordered dish. They only overprice and minimize your order. Do not bother to glance in this direction of ordering or visiting. Worst experience Ive had with ordering Mediterranean food ever. This is after I changed my co-workers mind of ordering Korean. Korean if looking real good now.

I have only ordered from this restaurant but my experienceschedule have been wonderful. I should state that I have managed food service establishments for a decade and a half so I notice many things open those outside of the industry would miss. The orders I place arrive quickly. They are well portioned for the cost and very flavorful. I can tell by the packaging and the application of the portion ingredients that the people preparing the food care. Their hummus is my favorite style as well. Hummus is the first thing I order and I judge harshly what I am served. Their chicken tends to be better than their beef but I usually get a combo with both. Good job Halal in Restaurant!

Usually my husband ignores my baba ganoush but he ate most of mine at Hala In Restaurant. All of the shawarma is excellent. Really wonderful food. Lots of people picked up their take-out orders while we were there but they need to add parking for dine-in guests since traffic and parking in the area are terrible. I think well order delivery nest time ... and there will definitely be a next time! Food was wonderful!

The mailer we got from them advertised prices several dollars below the actual prices, plus stated free delivery on orders over $25. When I called them they said it was my responsibility to make them aware of their own advertisement! When I called to state this, he said I can get a free hummus, worth a whole $2.95, as if I am interested in giving swindlers any more money for future orders.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Great middle eastern food. I havent had any better in chicago. I would recommend going here before any other place. I order here bi weekly because I love it. They should create a loyalty card for the return customers. I would probably eat weekly if that were the case! Ive eaten a little of everything here and Ive never been disappointed.

The most unprofessional MiddleEastern restaurant out there. They have aweful customer service and when you order their food online, it arrives cold and unorganized. I tried to give this place a chance but after serving my food disgusting twice, i finally realized its not even worth it. They wouldnt even issue a refund for the food that had hair in it.

Ordered delivery, spent around 70+ dollars on the order. I bought the lamb kabob with rice, I received the smallest pieces of lamb Ive ever seen served in a Resturant. Also we tried to look for hot sauce or any sauce for the food. It didnt have any. You need to start calling your Resturant $hit inn. Should have just gotten REZAS, cant go wrong there.

I found out he uses filet mignon for his beef. he doesnt make a profit monetarily, he says his profit is through the happiness of his customers and the taste of his food. its amazing to find someone like that nowadays! he also gave us some free hummus and falafel to munch on while we waited for our food which is prepared fresh! spectacular place!

Staff are friendly and patient with young children. Food is fresh and tasty. Its typical Middle Eastern food and a good place to bring folks new to the cuisine. Nothing intimidating or spicy. Just solid, comforting food. The prices are reasonable and the quantity is good value. The lentil soup is good as is the chicken schwarma.

We come to Chicago from New York once a month and we ordered from Hala Inn for the first time tonight. The delivery was fast, and the food was delicious. The grilled Tilapia and the Beef Shawarma were both fantastic, as was the falafel appetizer and the lamb kabobs. Will definitely be ordering next month when we get back.

Owners are incredibly friendly. My wife and I loved this place. Must try Lunch Specials, very affordable. See pictures.

for the price the food is really good lunch special is a cant miss the meet is tender, however the chicken shawarma isnt my favorite I usually substitute it with a kefta kabob. Great option for an area (mayfair) in desperate need for good food!

One of best restaurants for Kebabs, Falafel and Humus. In fact all the foods here are excellent with excellent service and short waiting time. Prices are lower then many redtaurants that are alike. I highly recommend this place.

Whoa! The hummus, and the beef shawerma sandwich where tasty without being to over powering. The beef was tender & juicy. Appetizer, sandwich, a can if diet coke was $12.44 minus the tip. Highly recommend this place. Awesome!
