Beyond the worst food Ive ever had. You could taste oatmeal that they use to lengthen there supply of "Refried beans". I have never seen Refried beans the pale color of brown that they serve at Toro Loco before in my life. Ground meat in my taco and enchilada was bland with absolutely no flavor at all. I dont understand how their are people like this place.

Food is okay and quick but I ordered draft beer and was brought a bottle. I informed the waiter and he replied they dont have draft. I recommended they remove the draft option off the menu and was given a rude response. He just asked if I didnt want the beer.
