We have a group that meets here weekly, been coming for over 1.5 years. There are good weeks and not so good weeks here, depending on things like day of the week, season, staff, and other patrons. Food is always tasty, serving staff is awesome and friendly. They updated the plates and bowls recently and I am not impressed. The new bowls are deep and make it awkward to cut up salad ingredients (eg, tomato wedges or chicken slices). This past week was the 4th consecutive week I didnt receive a metal fork with my salad. Plastic forks just arent the same. I asked about a metal fork and was told the dishwasher is probably backed up. (For 4 weeks???) Oh well. One more note, the ladies restroom is usually clean but this last week there was a strong smell of urine lingering. Not sure if a dirty diaper was the culprit or not, but the room was not up to its usual standards. Overall, this Panera location perfectly suits our needs for a weekly meeting. Not too crowded, sometimes noisy (ok, WE are the ones being noisy!), managers know us and stop by to chat a moment every week.

Ive had many good meals here, but this weeks visit was my last. Cashier was very slow, did not input my order correctly and took more than 5 minutes to figure out how to input my gift card as payment. I got the wrong side (wanted bread, got chips) and my moms request of no croutons on her soup was ignored. Also, apparently the makeup of the Italian sandwich has drastically changed... I had no idea there was chopped giardinera on the whole sandwich, which was way too spicy for me. The upholstered banquet we sat in looked like it hadnt been wiped down in some time. Wont go back.

Update 04/09/2017 - Worst customer service + slowest drive through + messed up my order + no regret for wrong order instead telling me that yeah you might not have get creamy tomato soup and asking what soup is that ? Hell I dont know what you gave me. Just fix it. Please serve the slogan "If order is not correct we will fix it, and will give you free treat for your trouble" ... Old one back in 2013 - I had big order and they did it perfactly right... no mistakes no issues...

Consistently screw up orders. They dont customize sandwiches. Well they do but this location always gets it wrong. Apparently ordering a tuna sandwich with onion only is like doing rocket science to these people. UPDATE - 2-27-15 the geniuses messed up another tuna sandwich. Id love to go in and smash these sandwiches into the morons face that messes them up. Panera = high prices for food you cant customize to suit your taste. Well you can try to customize.

Horrible Horrible HORRIBLE experience, literally waited 25 mins for a bagel. How long does it take you to cut and toast a bagel and hand me the cream cheese I have to put in myself. I couldve walked to dunkin donuts across the street ate a whole meal came back and still wouldve been waiting in that line. Save yourself the six dollars and go somewhere where people actually know how to use a register. If I could give less than one star I would.

We stopped at Panera for a quick bite to eat, all the employees there treated us very well. I thought around 9:10 pm the workers would be grouchy but not even one of them had that attitude. One worker caught my eye - Kym - she was one of the nicest people Ive ever encountered. In my books Kym deserves "Employee of the Month" Reward ! Thanks ! We will be back:)

I just put in an order for 13 people online. Everyone had special orders they wanted filled. I thought no way it would be a right order but it was done perfectly. Not only that but the team thought ahead and put all hot food in one bag, cold in another and sides in the last bag. I really would recommend ordering online to this location!

Had enough of this location! Last 3 times going through the drive thru they messed something up. Tonight, it was my wifes soup order. Finally called in and spoke with the manager. After telling him to get his drive thru workers straight there was a 5 sec pause then I hung up. Not waiting around for some bone head apology anyways.

Restaurant closes at 9.. came in at 8:50.The person who makes the sandwiches was complaining the whole time because they were about to close. If the restaurant closes a certain time they should know they need to serve until it closes. Staff very unfriendly, they need to work on their service.

Gone through the drive thru 3 separate times. My Cesar dressing was missing from the salad 2 out of the 3 and butter for the baguette which I specifically ask for was missing all three times. Third times the charm, done with this place.

Very consistent at screwing up orders then acting like your trying to scam them for free bread. Really? I just want what I ordered. Tables are often not clean late nights before closing. Pretty sure Im about done with this store.

Usually have lunch at this Panera twice a month with my friends. Have always had a good experience. We usually go during lunch time and they are pretty busy but always find a way to get our food out very fast. Friendly staff.

Most items are pretty good. Love the paninis and the breakfast sandwiches. The pasta is often too salty and the salads not filling. The drive thru is generally pretty quick and the people working are fine.

Drive thru lady spilled hot coffee on me. Never apologized. Told me to "grab the cup by the bottom next time". The lid was not secure. I will NEVER go to another Panera again. Overpriced mediocre food.

Dont go around lunch time even if you call ahead you have to wait nut they do great trying to move the lime along! Check to go orders as sometimes you may find your order short.

Slow drive through. Slow lanes inside even with 3 cashiers. Maybe due to am rush. Out of light, hazelnut, and iced coffees and milk/creamer. Rought day for them.
