The desserts at ACK are amazing. Although choosing what you want and finding a spot to order can be a bit confusing. There are lots of employees behind the counters, but patrons walking around deciding on what they want to order and lines of people waiting for a particular counter can cause a bit of a crowd near the desserts so it’s hard to find what you want and where to stand to order. My first time there I was a little lost, but got the hang of it for my second go-round. Walking around, you’ll see what I’m talking about, and you’ll also want to eat evert dessert you see. It’s definitely a chocolate lovers’ heaven! The gelato station looked amazing, and you are allowed two samples per visit. All the flavors are yummy, but my favorite is the coconut. The All Chocolate Kitchen offers crepes on Saturday nights. I love the banana and Nutella crepe. It’s pure heaven. It comes with a shot of Apple Cider too. My daughter loves the Devil’s Food Cake, as seen on the Martha Stewart Show. It was served with a raspberry puree and was extremely rich and decadent. Anytime you can please a picky teenager is a small victory if you ask me! While the desserts at All Chocolate Kitchen are undoubtedly mouthwatering and delicious, my favorite item on the menu is their Mocha Coffee. Served in an oversized coffee mug, the flavor of the Mocha is out-of-this-world chocolaty and the best I’ve tried. A must for me every time I visit now. Bottom line? If you’re a chocolate fan, you must try the All Chocolate Kitchen in Geneva.

Tried to get information to book this place for a baby shower. After caling and being told no one would speak to us with out an online submission, we did the online form and waited for a reply. No one got back to us. Tried calling at least SEVEN times and apparently someone answering the phone before 2pm (even though they are open) does not happen, or so I was told when I went in to try and speak with someone. I was told the manager would not come out to speak with me but I could fill out the online form...when I explained how I already submitted the form, tried calling seven times and ended up coming in because we were very interested in booking for a baby shower I was told "you can leave a message then...this is just how we do things" and the manager would still not come out to speak with me even though I offered to wait. I would advise against trying to book an event here!

Is there a star below 1 that can be rated? This place is overpriced topped with dirty and terrible attitude on the side. We really doubt they attended service classes or health department training, opening a business is about offering service so your customers return. I wanted this place to be the place I would get away with a magazine, desert and a hot cup of tea, that was prior to getting my turn in line and paying better attention. Kids running a business a manager or owner with cranky personality. There were inches of dust everywhere, the place is really dirty after you start paying close attention. Touching money turning around touching pastries is not my thing. I can see how this place was super cute when they opened but they forgot to keep it up. Better places around.

Was pleasantly surprised at what I found when we went inside. Lots of cool art made from different types of candy, very relaxed and friendly environment. I went with my two boys (4 and 2) after being out in the cold to get some hot chocolate and coffee to warm up. The boys had a great time and the hot chocolate and coffee were very good. We didnt have any of the food or gelato but both looked very good. Defiantly going to go back with my wife next time.

Ehm I think its over ratted really, Its tight and can get really jammed in here. Not a good place for little kids at all. Its a great place for adults.They do have some great tasting things. It is a great store to look at inside lots of art. Have came here plenty of times with white american friends and get better customer service than when not thats a fact. But downtown ,Geneva is like that anywhere, Nazi feels.

Was not really wowed by the chocolate or the iced coffee that we had to wait a while for. Was especially turned off by all the celebrity promotion going on here too. I guess we prefer a chocolate shop thats a little more down to earth, small town feel, instead of ego boosting hype, and ultimately something that tastes as good as the hype.

THE MOST DELICATLY SWEET CREAMY YUMMYNESS YOUR TONGUE WILL EVER TANGO WITH!!! theyre GELATO is the best i have ever tasted.. normal icecream is nothing compared to what they have. Theyre pricey but its worth it!!! I try to come once ever month , much love to the chefs n workers! They run a clean and good business :)

I wish I could figure out how to post some of the photos taken at my wedding of the wedding cakes. The attention to detail, the color and texture was amazing. Our guests were blown away! These cakes are truly a work of art. We visited many bakeries and so pleased with our decision to use ACK

Their gelato and sorbetto is to die for! I also have ordered a cake for a bridal shower from them with a spun sugar rose on top. Not only was the cake incredibly delicious, the rose was so beautiful, my niece used it for her wedding cake topper!

All the desserts Ive tried melt I my mouth. Add to that the novelty of chocolate sculptures throughout the restaurant, and this is a must go-to stop either as a destination or whilst visiting the many town festivals.

The matcha tea with almond milk is amazing. Please get it hot with some sweetner. Green tea lovers will not regret it. For gelato the cake batter and pistachio is great. The staff is also very humble and polite.
