Pésimo servicio tengo nueve años ordenando pasteles....es esta panadería y el dia 14 de agosto ordene dos .....no isieron la decoración k pedi...no lo relleraron....de lo k pedi page extra por..ese reyeno hable y me dijieron k los regresara......amedia fiesta sacar...los pasteles...k mal plan.....el día de ayer. Mi hermano ordrno un pastel la semana pasada...pago la totalidad..y cuando fue recogerlo resulta k no lo tenía echo...le dijieron k regresará en tres horas....y no le dieron el pastel k era...ni de tres leches....****PÉSIMO SERVICIO****difinivamente no lo recomiendo mas..............y el servicio de las trabajadoras pesimooo

This bakery was horrible First & foremost I purchased 2 cakes for my babyshower & when I went to pick them up they first told me that they couldnt find them. So 30mins later they finally found the cakes & they were not what I ordered. I ordered a red velvet cake with cream cheese which I didnt receive & the other cake was suppose to be vanilla cream icing in which I received vanilla pudding on the inside. On top of that they do not put a top cover over your cake. So I had to carry 2 cakes to my car at 9 months pregnant with no help & the staff was very , very rude. Never again $90 wasted

El servicio está bien en la panadería pero en la parte de la Cosina donde venden tortas elotes etc . La empleada que está ahí parece que está de mal humor siempre le pedí uno elotes en vaso y me dio nada más medios los vasos

I bought a cake here for my daughters birthday last year and was very disappointed. They charge me too much so it would not even look like what i requested. Not only that but the strawberries it had were rotten talk about disgusting. Im not sure if their cakes are always like that but that one cake made me not purchase from them anymore.

I love their donas, so big and delicious. Their bolillo is the best to make an amazing torta at home. Their tortas are super delicious I recommend the choriqueso torta. I love ordering cakes from here. I have ordered things off their typical cake menu such as a nutella/cheesecake filled cake and they are always delicious.

Food is good but the service is the worst around, they havent finished serving one customer and theyre asking the next one what are they going to order and then they take their sweet long time to serve you,instead of trying to multi-task they should attend the customer fast and efficiently
