My husband and I arrived at 430pm on a MONDAY, we were the only ones in the restaurant and we looked over the menu and order chips and SALSA so say the least the SALSA was mushed up tomato sauce with NO FLAVOR. We added salt, pepper and hot sauce to give it something. We ordered 2 burgers, mine was medium and my husbands was medium well. It was 530 and were told that our food should be up SOON! seriously NO ONE was in the restaurant. My husband saw the cooks EATING FRENCH FRIES while cooking, laughing and fooling around. We complained to our server who told us "it takes much longer to cook a burger medium well" My hubby told her that she saw the cook eating fries and we wanted to see a manager. She told us there was a bathroom plumbing emergency and he was busy with a COOK trying to fix the problem!! TALK ABOUT READY TO GAG AFTER HEARING THAT!! She kept making excuses on why it was taking so long. When we did get our food my husbands was barely medium and he showed the server who could care less.We never did see the Manager and when we left, we saw the manager driving away! I would not recommend this place at all. Excuses all over the place and to not bring a manager to our table was just plain horrible service! What a waste of money.

I appreciate the Octoberfest spirit. Thats great, However I saw no reason to seat a man with two young teenage boys right next to the Trio and in the bar. There were other tables farther away but i did not want to make a fuss. Secondhand smoke coming in from the patio door... not so good. Handsome young waiter Hunter with the hickeys down both sides of his neck. Not a good example for the boys and not what I would choose to represent my business. Food just okay this visit. Calamari was good but too many feet and too few rings. My medium burger was well done.... no a speck of pink. Tons of fries.... but not hot and fresh as wed come to expect from you. Maybe just an off night or maybe we should have postponed our visit when we first realized we couldnt even hear ourselves think.

Went with my family during scarecrow festival 2016. Waited over an hour for our food! Waitress was not attentive and just kept telling us the kitchen was backed up but we would get food soon. Instead of just telling us the true wait time expected so we could go elsewhere. Once the food came it was good. The waitress asked if we needed anything and the kids wanted ranch and she got it with no mention of the charge for it she put on our bill for a small side of dressing. And after waiting all that time. It annoyed me and found it almost rude. We left and spent more time in the actual restaurant waiting for a table then our food than it took us to go to the carnival! Maybe on a slow day it would be a good place to eat at. But not during busy times.

Wife and I love the Office and wanted to try something different, what a mistake! I order this seafood salad with imitation crab meat (didnt know as it wasnt listed on the menu) and shrimp and it was skimpy for a lunch costing $10. It also took 34 minutes to get our food. The worse is yet to come; Actual menu listing: Seafood Salad gulf shrimp & crabmeat swimming in an ocean of lettuce topped with egg, tomato, bell pepper, onion and croutons 9.99 I had to bus my table and go get my Corona Light sitting on the bar waiting for our server to bring it. We also found a piece of glass on the table from the last patrons and the server didnt notice. My tip, go elsewhere, anywhere but this place.

We went out for a family meal. We were charged different prices on the drinks. Happy hour?? We were not aware. My 12 year old was with us and ordered different soft drink. We were charged for that. My wife asked to hold the sauerkraut and the waitress said no. Our drinks sat empty for some time. Not very busy!!! Waitress disappeared. When we got our bill, I questioned the drinks. BS excuses and they said theyre sorry. No attempt to fix the bill. The smart@$$ manager told us to have a good night in smart@$$ tone while sitting at the bar stool as we left. Never again!!!!

Just fhad lunch there with daughter and grandsin. It was the WORSE lunch Ive ever had. The service was TERRIBLE. Ordered ONE hamburger and two soups and it took almost 50 MINUTES to get it. We had to ask our server if she would bring our soups while we waited for our hamburger. She was very inattentive and the place was EMPTY. There were two other parties in the place besides us so we cant say "she was in the weeds" because there were no weeds to be into. DON"T waste your time or money!!!!

The food has always been good, but the staff needs work from the manager down. My family ate at the Filling Station January 22nd before the dinner rush. We had a coupon from St.Charles Football that the manager would not honor. Give me a break the coupon was only 15% off. The Filling Station has many ½ off entrée s in the local papers every week. For two adults and one small child $50.00 for two burgers and three beers isn’t worth it. The food is good, but poor customer service

Hunter the manager that works there is the most disrespectful and rude employee I have ever met in my life. He constantly hits on any girl I bring in and screws up my order every time. I had to stop going because if he hit in my girlfriend one more time Ill beat that punk right in the restaurant. I also over heard him today call another employee ugly to her face. Honestly a disgrace and sooner or later he will do it to the wrong person. If i could I would have put zero stars.

We just had lunch there. We arrived shortly after a large group of gentlemen, after waiting some 20 minutes, our waitress said " your order is in but that large group backed things up" (I would have felt better if she said this before we had already waited ) Anyway, we waited another 30 minutes or so to receive a cold entree and slightly warm soggy french fries.She offered to bring another side but too little too late. Never Again

This place really blows, the service is terrible. My family and I have tried this place 3 times, and each time the servers and staff just wander around and dont seem to take any interest in the customers. Last time we were there we walked out, nobody ever gave us a menu or asked if we were being helped. The staff clearly saw us but simply ignored us. The host seemed to just be staring off into space. We wont be back.

Here on a Sunday afternoon by myself. Nice TV coverage of football games in the bar. Quick and friendly service from bartender, Paulina. Very personable and attentive. Made the few people at the bar feel welcome. Calamari appetizer was fresh, served hot and tasty. Marinara sauce was slightly sweet and light. Enjoyable afternoon. Will return when I am in this area.
