I am very dissatisfied with the service I received! These guys were top notch RUDE ! Over charged my card -transaction still pending 10 days later - rude annoying waitress over cooked crab legs - EXTRA CRABBY Management the list can go on and on. I guess i will have to spend the big bucks somewhere else cause I be damn if I work hard for my money to be treated like I belong in the outhouse while spending it- ONE pissed dissatisfied Consumer!

Service was slow to start, my beverage was not good, the BLT was so so, and my medium rare burger waa ok on one half and rare on the other half. However, the waitress took it upon herself to tell the manager that we were having a bad experience and he comped the drink and burger. We appreciated that she recognized that and did something to make it better. That actually brought my rating up.

We have had a much better experience at this location vs the Hoffman Estates one. The bartenders and servers respond to you very quickly and nicely. The food menu has a lot of different options to choose from and the food is great. The popcorn they give you when you get sitted is good but too salty. We love to go here once in a while to watch the UFC fights.

Ordered food for pickup went 15 mins. After placing order, order was wrong, manager didnt try his best to correct our order nor was he a friendly man!! Get home to our food being cold, having to warm it up in the microwave resulting in a not so happy customer! Stick to Elgins store! Way way way better service!

The menu here is great, with a lot of options, such as fajitas, steaks, and even seasonal specials. The kitchen is clean, and the food is very good. The atmosphere is the usual "Sports Bar & Grill" but the food is much better. There are also great drink specials.

Is the best sports bar in town, the owner Johny and all the managers and staff are great, theyre friendly and make you feel like youre the only one there. My wife and I been coming to Rookies two to three nights a week since it open opened in Hoffman Estates.

Usually pretty good this time not too impressed tried Burger first time not very good thinkn they use frozen patties asked for well done still pink no flavor. Next time ill get chicken i know thats good.

I really really love this place , everything is excellent . Great costumer service . One advice though , you guys should use fresh limes , dont save the left over ones . Other than that, bad ass place .

They have food specials everyday. Ive had there burgers and they are nothing special but good. Friday I had there fish tacos and they were surprisingly great! Just tell them to hold the cheese.

Ive been here a couple of times with my boyfriend for a quick lunch. They have really good buffalo wings, fries, and sandwiches. Highly recommend you try them.. you wont be disappointed.
