Very disappointed in this location, went in for 8 cupcakes for a birthday and the attendant gives me the cupcakes in a box made for 12! The presentation that gift of cupcakes gave was embarrassing. I asked for one of the so called parfaits the whiped cream on the parfait was stale, hard and old had to of been out at least 2 or 3 days not fresh by any means. Finally i pull out my card I had from a different location to find out this location does not honor small cakes reward cards from other locations. Before I forget they dont sell ice cream there either like the other locations. Way to go small cakes...

Would give 5 stars for location and my experience there with my 2 kids. It is such a cute place and right in the best location in st Charles! The only thing is for the price, they should use real butter in their frosting... that would be great ! The cake is nice and moist but if you are going to splurge on cupcakes... they should have real butter in the buttercream frosting... tastes so much better, and I would expect it of a place named after cupcakes. There are some cupcakeries that do this but not many... :(

Wow, for a small place, they have a lot of great cupcakes! A large variety too! I had their ultimate pumpkin parfait and it was really really good! Also had a pink cupcake with angelfood cake and it was very moist and the icing creamy and smooth. It was perfect! Its small inside but they do have a backroom where you can sit and eat your treats there at a few tables. Highly recommend going there.

The cupcakes were amazing!! However, the woman behind the counter was less than friendly, curt and seem put off that we were there not even a thank you after our brief purchase. Perhaps she had a bad day. We spent $50.00 for a dozen cupcakes, they were worth every penny!! Excellent selection. Rate a 5 star on the cupcakes but the shop is less than invited unfortunately rated a 1 star.

I have to say - a delight. Tina made my wedding cake perfect. We had 36 small cakes and a topper with white fondant and a brown ribbon with a pink bow. Not only was the cakes beautiful, the taste of the cake was outstanding! Thank you Smallcakes, well never forget you! I wish I could post a photo on how cute the cakes turned out!

Ive been in here twice. Each time Ive left with drool running down my face. As a pregnant woman, I have cravings. And all the cupcakes Ive had so far have hit the spot. Moist, delicious, huge. Great frosting. And at $3.5 per cupcake, totally worth it. Go get some. You wont be disappointed.

Had my baby shower here today. The staff was a total delight and so helpful from the planning all the way through the cleanup. Could not ask for a better place to have a party!! The cupcakes were delicious too!!
