Disappointing. I ordered a simple batch of cupcakes, and they got it completely wrong. They were able to redeem themselves by remaking the cupcakes, but then I was late for my daughters birthday party because I had to make a second trip to pick them up. The store told me to bring back the cake that they messed up, but when I asked for some sort of a refund for my inconvenience, they told me I could just keep the messed up cake, so it was pointless for me to haul this cake all the way back. I do not need 100 cupcakes--what a waste. When I then asked the manager for a partial refund, she looked at me and said "well, I cant just give everything away." On a positive note, Ill be donating the extras somewhere and the cake was tasty.

I love Blue Goose Market. It has alot of nice things besides groceries. It has a delicious bakery and they decorate bakery items so nice. I always get my special occasion cakes there. Taste so good and so beautiful with decorations on cakes. Also delicious deli department have all of varieties of deli items. Meat department has the best meats I only get Blue Goose meats. The floral department has really nice flowers and also alot of different inside and outside decorations for all occasions. Ive been shopping at Blue Goose for 25 years at least. I get alot of stuff there from my groceries to all the specialty items. Everyone is so nice and helpful too. I honestly love Blue Goose Market. !

Our wedding reception was a hit thanks to the staff at Blue Goose Market in St.Charles. The quality of the food was superb and the presentation awesome. The cake decorators did an excellent job of making exactly what we wanted...beautiful artistry. Likewise the food from the deli was excellent and arranged very nicely. And all the staff involved were extremely friendly, helpful and caring about us. Did I mention that the prices were very reasonable?? What a wonderful experience. I will always use them and would reccomend them to everyone. Thanks Blue Goose !!!!

I live close to the Goose and like to support it, but had to give it 4 stars because their prices are quite higher than Jewel. For example, I can always find a deal on ice cream at Jewel, but at the Goose it is always one high price for ice cream. I find when I cost compare, its always higher. The people are nice, the bakery is awesome, and my girls do love the treasure box as we leave. A really nice touch.

Really overpriced place. Ho-hum bakery. I wasnt impressed at all. Not sure why it has such rave reviews. I guess if you live within blocks of the grocery store and need something, and there is no other store around, I guess you would consider this Eden. Not for me. Sorry.

This is a nice, higher-end, local grocery store. Very conveniently located for people living in downtown St Charles. Good quality and selection of products, especially the prepared foods. Higher priced than several other area groceries though.
