I love Krystal, but this place was nasty. The restroom was filthy and had no toilet paper (there was plenty strewn about the floor however). The girl behind the counter didnt know how to use her register. I had to wait about 10 minutes for my carry-out order. And while I waited, I watched an employee pick drink lids out of the trash and put them back on the rack for unsuspecting customers. To top it off, two of my Krystals were missing mustard, and one was also missing the pickle (and a Krystal isnt a Krystal without the mustard or the pickle!). AVOID.

The manager who was running the register took over 20 mins to take a order. not sure to customers complexity, but from the manager always asking the customer to "give her a second" while she accomplished another task. the straw that broke this camels back was when she asked the customer to wait a second from finishing their order while she took time to wash some serving trays. At that point, I left.

Have had some bad visits, but have had good too. As with all fast food places, they have messed up orders and forgotten things. But I have never had a problem getting it corrected. Some of the staff are really nice and do a great job. Others, not so much. First thing in the morning at opening and late like right before closing are the best times to go.

This one is in a terrible location, and the parking lot design creates a traffic jam during peak hours. Other than that, this Krystal made significant improvements after the remodel. To me, the improvements came with better employees. With that said, the food is the same as other Krystal locations, but the service & staff are much better now.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely horrible. Dont ask for anything special to be made they wont do it. Dirty lobby rude employees. Slow service and the manager will not apologize for the store. They will get rude with you and tell you to go somewhere else if you dont like it

Pulled up to order and saw an employee all dressed up....getting arrested! Then of course we waited forty forevers for our food. They didnt hand us enough straws, nor did they bring us out all of our food. So yeah, we waited some more for food that was prepared incorrectly!

Store hours posted on door states that dine in 6 to 12.....i was there at 11:20 and the doors were locked...bad business. Could not go through drive in cause vehicle too big and you cant walk up to a drive thru. If hours are not right change them!!!

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Their attitudes are awful, they fixed my order improperly and they took forever to cook it. Not to mention they are ghetto and foolish. I only visit this location during the day, I made a mistake visiting tonight.

Clean and friendly, biscuits were hard as a rock, buns on sunriser sandwiches were stale, would be better if employees concentrated more on quality of food produced rather than what each other did the night before
