I was less than impressed with this specific location. About 2 weeks ago, I did Rapid pick up because I did not have long for lunch that day. I ordered a Cobb Salad with BBQ Ranch and specified no to the Green Goddess dressing. As well, I ordered a Bread Bowl of soup. I got back to work (shame on me for not checking before I left the building I guess) and found that not only did I get the green goddess dressing but I also did not get a bread bowl...or even a baguette for that matter. Pretty irritated at this point because I could not leave work and go back again to pick it up the CORRECT order, I called to see if there was anything that could be done. The manager was great, he offered to send me a voucher for another You Pick Two and apologized up and down, s. asked for my address to send it said it would be to my house in a few days and that was that. Well 2 weeks later now and all I got from this Panera was false promises. You could have just said Miss, theres nothing I can do unless you plan on coming back. Dont lie to me about sending me an offer. Now I dont think I will ever return to this Panera. On top of getting an order VERY wrong, management obviously does not seem to truly care about customers. I used to go to this Panera at least twice a week. Not anymore.

Great place to meetup with friends or studying buddies. They have free internet and the food is good. Their bakery is pretty nice - nothing outrageously good but consistent and ok. They almost always have room in the back for enjoying your lunch and doing some homework or regular work. I would recommend their soup and sandwich. Great size and pretty comforting. I am pretty sure everyone also loves their Asiago bagels - which sell out pretty quickly. Pricing is really reasonable! Great spot as long as your not watching your diet.

Oh god Panera Bread. When raising my kids are their quite often bringing dinner home to family or out with friends. Being that by now you must know I have the biggest sweet tooth in the nation I would stare at the fresh desserts and wasnt to try everyone. Always enjoyed the convo meals. Loved their Panini s always order one. Theyre all over know seem to have grown and done well because they do it right.

The staff is just great! When I came in and realized I placed my online order at the wrong location, the staff was really helpful. Even though it was crazy busy during lunch time, they made sure I was taken care of right away, and in less then 15 mins, I was in and out of this place. THANK YOU! + The food was great!

They have a fireplace which is cool. It wasnt on since I went it wasnt that cold out. Only 55 degrees outside. We went around 10, so there was no line. The customer service lady was kind, patient and informative. They also have terminals to order if youre a regular and know what you want.

Quick and easy during the week, but it gets a little hairy around lunch time on Mondays and Fridays. If you can navigate past the retirees staring at the ceiling and soccer moms large SUVs in the sparse parking lot, you can get in and out fairly quickly. Wifi available, but its just ok.

The food is great. The staff are nice. Place is clean. But the price is crazy high. I guess if you want good healthy food you have to pay extra to do the right thing. Or you could go to McDonalds and save $10 dollars and eat totally unhealthy

I tried to eat an Asiago steak sandwich. The meat, cheese and tomatoes were so cold and the meat so tasteless that I had to trash it. Only the bread was good but it wasnt enough to make up for how terrible the rest was. Yuk

I come in to read while I enjoy the food and coffee, but the music sound system is constantly too loud and the air conditioning too strong. Its like they dont want me to be comfortable ot stay too long.

Due to a food illness after having lunch at this Panera Bread on 11/24/08, I DO NOT recommend this specific location. The lunch consisted of the Turkey Artichoke Panini with the Chicken Tortilla Soup.

AVOID LUNCH HOUR - so crowded that literally all seats are gone and bathroom is unusually small for such a busy establishment. Poor planning on layout. Otherwise food is great and service is also.
