Never had a bad experience at any Panera Ive ever been to. Love them all lol. Great sandwiches, soups, bakery items. The only thing I am sad about is that they discontinued my roast beef and Cheddar sandwich but the manager was able to alter their newer beef and cheddar to closely resemble the sandwich that was discontinued. That was AWESOME and much appreciated!!

It could be better. They assd one of my smoothies. First of all, they didnt make enough as it filled halfway. So instead of making a new batch, they made a little bit more to pour it on top of the former. It tasted like crap, watered down, bubble, eughhh! I only go here for the soups. Btw, theyre not very clean.. they have cockroaches.

Usually get good service here, until one morning a worker didnt feel like turning around to hand me my order. She just wanted to dismiss me and say it wasnt ready yet. A more efficient worker comes from the back and grabs my bag of pre-ordered food for me. And gives me an extra pastry! Thanks

This food this place have really delicious food I had a turkey sandwich and I broccoli cheddar soup was really good I had an issue with ordering online and I was charged like 5 times so we got that straightened out manager was really nice and she made the food herself so its a really!

So i used their fast lane kiosk....i have been sitting waiting for a bowl of soup for over 20 minutes. Im not sure why they changed this to where someone brings your food but 20 minutes for a bowl of soup is ridiculous. Also i am pregnant and well they need to do something.

Not only is this place expensive, but I found a bug in my soup. Went back for a refund and they asked me to present the bug. I got a refund after returning the full container of soup with bug in it. Never going here again.

This one Panera, NEVER fully microwaves the mac n cheese, also they have awful music playing at an am obnoxious level. I have Downbeats War Plugs in and its still so terribly piercing Im leaving and going to Starbucks

its good. we are regulars. we get the cinnamon scone with the honey walnut cream cheese. the staff is friendly and chill. and we are friendly and chill. so it works for us. thanks for letting us use your microwave.

"100% clean ingredients" is very impressive for our day and age, I have been here about 15 times and love everything from customer service to taste of the food, really didnt see any negative sides of this spot...

Love those new stations where you can order yourself but I dont use them since I need to let them know I want my order customized. Creamy tomato bread bowl soup with extra extra basil pesto is on point.

Yummy, but overpriced. This location is particularly slow during rush. Ive often waited over 10 min for an order of soup. More auto kiosks than cashiers, but I guess thats the way the world is headed.
