The best service ,great food and drinks ( drinks from 15 types of different beers on tap , bottle , and can to exotic fancy drinks with garnesh to umbrellas ) good friendly service by waiters waitresses and bartenders . Prices are cheap for drinks and food . The food has such large portions that a lot of people share a meal . The regular customers come back every week because it is a friendly and safe bar to drink at and everyone has a lot of fun on the dance floor and the DJ is interactive with the crowd . If you come here once you will definitely become a regular . In two years of coming here most Saturday nights Ive noticed there is security to make the ladies feel safe and check IDs but there is never a problem there . There is two parking lots on either side of the club so there is plenty of parking . Come and try it , Ill buy the first drink !!! Rich , better known as POPS .

They have a place to smoke in the back of the place, but alcohol is not allowed. 99% of all the places that Ive been to that allow a smoking section of their club allows alcohol in the area as well, its as if the owner (or owners, who knows) are against you totally enjoying yourself. I also heard a story not too long ago that a cigar bar was going to be set up back there, but the female owner is totally against it for some reason... Ill bet shes the same one who doesnt like drinking in the back when you stop to have a quick ciggy. What a shame, this place used to be fun years ago, but has taken such a swan dive for the worse, they used to have karaoke on Wednesday nights, but they never advertised it or something so the karaoke guy walked away. This place is a mess.... AVOID at all costs.

I am aware that almost every venue in Chicago prohibits smoking near the entrance let alone inside their vicinity, for Bohica to have a designated smoke room is more than a great asset to a bar. If you want to have a cigarette with your drink, you can do that on the outside Patio. I dont understand how that is a problem. Anyway... Asides all that. I think Bohica has a great set up, the drinks are at a reasonable price, the food is awesome and the music is damn good. Not many bar on the Southside has all the attributes that Bohica consists of. I can honestly say that this bar exceeds the overall experience of a bar on the south side of Chicago.

Have been here many times - one of my favorite restaurants in Chicago. I recommend the raw bar and the shellfish platters to everyone. Never had an experience less than amazing. Service and food are always amazing.
