I have always had a good experience with this place! Sure, every business makes mistakes, but its how they fix those mistakes that matters. For 90% of the time, my pizza has been made specifically how I said I wanted it, with a polite, friendly, and charismatic delivery guy. I know how customer service is, and it isnt easy. For a delivery guy to be delivering good service like that at the end of the night, consistently, is impressive. Although they do seem stressed at times, (once again, not always, but I have noticed that-they are quite busy), they deliver great end result. Loved this pizza hut, and I will definitely come back!

Ive been going here since I was a kid and I finally have a complaint. The manager there was mad at his employee for being more than half an hour late (which results to a free pizza) at a house thats only ten minutes away, then takes it out on the customers. We picked up a pizza and unbeknownst to my mom and I, my dad already had Pepsi in the car. My mom went back to return the THREE dollar 2 liter Pepsi and the manager says, "Alright, Im doing this once but next time figure out if you want the drink or not." We empathize for his frustration regarding the earlier incident but that had nothing to do with us.

Its been over a year since I last had pizza butt. It will be a few years before/if they get my business again. Greasy outer crust, soggy and greasy bottum crust, black olives didnt taste fresh (definitely old/spoiled olives), hardly any pepperoni per piece (maybe 2). My girl had onion and sausage on her pizza and they put alot of sausage (frozen rabbit droppings) and onion on hers. But the crust once again soggy and Greasy and her pizza wasnt fully cut. She had to rip the pieces apart. 2 out 10 stars.

Im not a huge fan of pizza hut but I get it occasionally. This place is always extremely slow. I waited over a half hour for my order once I arrived at pizza hut. It said it would ready in 15 minutes which turned into 45 minutes. On a Tuesday night and they didnt seem all that busy. The good however was fresh and warm so that is a plus.

Need to be more consistent with their specials and pricing. Ordered a pizza for a total of $13.00 after taxes...when I got there to pick it up...there was a special on the wall for two pizzas for $12.00. I asked the manager why wasnt I offers that when I called...all she said was sorry and asked what I wanted on my second pizza...

Ive gone here for the last time!!! I ordered carryout online by 8 pm on a Sunday night. Website calculated pizza to be ready in 25 minutes. When i got there at 8:30 there were 5 others waiting ahead of me and when i got waited on i was told another 15 minutes. But was actually another 30 minutes.

Worst customer service ever. Asked to speak to a manager and put on hold for 10 minutes, twice. After I was hung up on, twice. All for a simple request. Ive worked at a Pizza Hut before, Id never want to be a nuisance.

Dont eat this garbage! Pizza Hut is some nasty stuff and theyre way over priced. Your better off cooking a Digiorno rather than eating this soggy, gristle-slathered, trash can confection of a pizza.

If You want to eat really good pizza go to another place!!! This place is terrible. My pizza was horrible. Crust was under-cooked and ingredients were not fresh and also taste like reheat
