la hamburguesa muy bien pero las papas fue algo que a mimi no me gusto porque en manager que estaba oy en la mañana del 25 de enero del 20017 no se como se llama si eric o eddy algo asi las papas estaban no se de a que horas ahí y fue las metio al aceite 30 segundos y me las dio fueron unas papas muy feas y en cuanto le dijo el otro señor que estaba en la ventana solo se rio y a levantó la mano como diciendo no me importa es la segunda ves que a mi me ase esto !!! despues el señor de la ventana amablemente porque vio lo que el manager iso y se fue para tras de la tienda el muy amable me dijo te doy unas papas mas grandes por lo q paso yo le dije q no era el tamaño si no la actitud del manager y lo que el iso yo soy encargado de una cocina y de verdad me da coraje cuando alguien pone las cosas otra ves a recalentar en aceite porque se asen feas y saben feo !!!!

Its really disappointing because Ive come to this location at different times and received excellent service. However, this morning was not the case: I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese and hash brown burrito, and a sausage biscuit. (Quick items because I was on my way to work). I pulled up, paid, and then was asked to pull around to the parking lot. Was not told why, but I did. I noticed a man in a red pickup truck next to me. This was at 08:06am. I sat and waited and waited, and waited, and waited. Someone else pulled through the drive-thru and I heard him order two of the sausage biscuits. I heard the employee tell the customer "its going to be a few minutes for the biscuits, is that okay?" And the customer replied yes. He was asked to pull around into the parking lot next to myself and the red pickup truck. This was at 08:14am. I watched 4 cars go through the drive-thru before someone finally came out with 3 bags of food at 08:22am. She handed the red pickup his food, then came to me and said "burrito and biscuit?". I replied yes, she handed it to me and walked away. No "sorry about the wait", no "thank you, have a nice day", nothing. She acted as if I was inconveniencing her by the fact that our food was delayed and she had to bring it out. I then finally get my food...and the burrito has NO hash browns on it, and somehow, it looked as though when it was made, someone wrapped it in the wrapper and then smooshed it with their hand because when I unwrapped it, the burrito was split open on the sides and was spilling out all over the wrapper. Oh, and the cherry on top...the biscuit was severely undercooked and was still doughy in the middle.

Not only are there a bunch of band camp looking high schoolers working there , they apparently dont know what a 20 piece nugget is because that is what was missing from my bag when i got home. No worries though burger king , for I paid 3 extra dollars for those. The luke warm patty on my whopper was so wet and soggy i probably couldve filled my bathtub with the grease. Avoided going back so I wouldnt have to see their smug faces again. Not one smile or thank you. I wont be returning.

I experienced a "pocket transaction" here. I bought a burger and gave the cashier $20. Then I received less than $5 in change. I told the cashier this and she got her manager. The manager showed me what the total of the day was for that register and that was that. Good luck taking them to court "to much money for small claims court and Burger King lawyers outweigh your lawyer. This Burger King lost my trust in the business practice of Hanover Park.

Hands down burger king is a good restaurant but like other places the timing of your arrival ids crucial because either youll get good service or an moderate service..... Just make sure that yall put the sauce in the bag when asked for extra sauce.

Every time I eat at this location my food is awful. They mess up even the simplest of orders, and it is rare that they move quickly or provide warm food. This may be the closest Burger King, but I rather drive the extra distance to avoid this one.

Gotta be the worst bk around. Wish the owner had a clue about the food quality on the overnight crew. Jus got a big king with the middle bun on the bottum and the bottum bun in the middle. To call these people retards would be to gracious.

They make your food right here, some other bk screw up your order , but this location does it right , I always get whoppers with no onion and heavy mayo and always made fresh and perfect , nice employees and clean ,

Nice remodel. Burgers could be hotter. Love the light lemonade with strawberry. So far they seem to be trying harder. Always seems they are cleaning when we come in though ( rugs up off floor, caution sign down).
