First time experience : Service OK although we didnt get the free salad while waiting. Ravioli sauce too saulty to me and asperagos too raw to my taste...Overall its was ok. My sister was sick the next day we think it might be related to food we ate at this place...

After spilling a hot, oil-based soup on me on Veterans Day. They gave us a free dessert for the inconvenience. The manager came out to apologize, but never followed up with me after about a month to see if i was okay after being burnt by their soup spilled on me. I was forced to endure a laborious process of showing a pictorial log off verification for every piece of damage to my clothing and shoes with an insurance company that was non-responsive for the majority of the time I attempted to communicate with them. Over a couple of months of repeated email communication and follow up from me, the insurance rep sends me a check in the mail for less than the total damages reported and tells me (after I follow up again) because my clothing was not new (without asking how new or old anything I claimed was before closing the claim), they decided to depreciate my clothing claimed as damages without any justification as to how or why they depreciated them. Never going back here again after this experience. Better hope they dont spill anything on you if you go here, because they will cheat you as well.

While it is in a great location, the service is horrible. We arrived with a party of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids) at 6pm on a Saturday evening. When we arrived, the host quoted only a 25-30 minute wait. About 45 minutes later, the host said there was an hour wait so it would be a little while longer. The kids were restless by that time, and we had seen so many people who had come after us already be seated. Literally, one hour and one minute later, we were seated. We were very disappointed that the host misled us. When we were seated, our waitress took too long to bring us our breadsticks and salad. She forgot one childs milk, she put ice in the soda when we ordered no ice and she forgot a few other items we had ordered. She made no apologies for her mistakes. She brought "free" grapes for the children. Half of the grapes had gone bad or what looked like teeth marks in them. We were grossed out. All in all, I would only visit this location again if it was a last resort. The service is horrible.

Disappointing experience. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary. We called ahead and they told us they dont take Reservation. The girl told us she will still make reservation for us but completely failed to do so. When we showed up the guy at he door was clueless and there was a disgusting stench at the door of mold or cheese gone bad. Then after 10 mins of wait we were led to our table. The waitress joined us after another 8. We never got any water. Drinks came accompanied with 3/4 of a salad that is usually expected and same with the soup. We asked her to add some more or refill it but she said that she will have to charge for the salad for the refill which we were totally unheard of. We still didnt get our water. We have usually been a fan of og but not anymore. Poor service!

My girlfriend left me because of my "weight problem". I knew that I couldnt quit the literal wheel barrow of starch and cream sauces that this joint serves me. The trick is to eat as much as you can, then just throw it all up in the bathroom. LIKE A BOSS.. It was all going according to plan when suddenly they had a door man to the bathroom. He claimed to be a foreskin inspector. He would have to verify if your foreskin was either clean, or cut cleanly. After 3 or 4 visits to the bathroom I had enough. From now on, Im getting my food to go and eating out back by the dumpster. Salad and breadsticks are ok.. Its like a hooker with aids, who wears a fantastic hat. You know you shouldnt but you go and get her pregnant anyway.

An orgasm in your mouth. This place is wonderful. Heres my usual. The Chicken & Gnocci (sp?) Soup is beyond fantastic. Then, I get the Chicken Alfredo (sometimes the Pizza) and both of those just blow me out the water. Dont even get me started on those breadsticks. Love love love. Definitely a fan and Ive been coming here for 3-4 years and I intend to make it 30-40. The prices, however, make my wallet tear after all of the glories. But, come on, unlimited breadsticks (some that you can take home), unlimited soup (that you can take home), and an entrée that usually cant be finished...(that you can take home)?! Your wallet has to sacrifice something.

Food was ok. Bresdsticks were good and fresh. The salad was ok and served in a bowl bigger than my head. It was kind of over the top. Pasta was good and hot. The drinks were amazing. We had apple sangria andbit was delicious. Wait staff had an attitude and was very unfriendly. At one point he argued with a guest at our table about what menu item was actually ordered. Mistakes happen, but dont argue with a customer .. we probably wont be back to this location.

Like any Olive Garden, the fettucini alfredo with chicken is worth every calorie. Coupled with the endless bread sticks dipped in a boat of alfredo sauce (are you seeing a pattern) is wonderful, especially when coupled with the minestrone and zuppa tascana soup. BEWARE however, if you order the never-ending pasta bowl, the recipe of the fettucini alfredo is different. It comes with shredded/broiled chicken, instead of grilled and seasoned.

This is not good place, if you kids under 12. It takes too long to get tables, if your party is more than 9. Also tables are too close to each other, so people, servers keeps bumping. Do not buy Salmon at this place. They do not know, how to make it tasty at all. You should stick to italian food only. I would not go here on Saturday night. It took us 1 Hour and 50 Minutes to get a table. I would not recommend this restaurant.

Lauren was our server, she was FANTASTIC!! GREAT Customer Service made sure we were doing well on our drinks(re fills) and etc. Gave us soups to go we did not have to ask. VERY NICE server and actually cared, sometimes you do not always get the best Customer Service but when someone does a GREAT job they deserve to be recognized!! :) I will be back for Lauren and that Zuppa Toscana!!
