Too busy for customer. Normally I love the food and service here and I should have written a review about that however tonight I was so put off Im going out of my way to write a poor review. After calling in my order on the way home, I stopped to pick it up one the way. It was promptly prepared and I inquired about a coupon that if I upgraded my order I could get an extra side if I spent $25. I should have already qualified but the total was just over 15 so I asked if I could get the 2 egg rolls free as their other coupon states. The girl at the register seemed supportive of either decision but the guy who passed by immediately said no. I my order was complete and not to be changed. I was put off by his abruptness and said I like this place and eat here quite often but that wouldnt happen again any time soon. He was quite content with my response reinforcing my new opinion. To top it all off they got my order wrong on the phone and I was missing the extra dish that would have put me over the $25. Maybe I should have asked his name, but his attitude and disrespect for his customer was so obvious I just left. If business is so good they dont need my money then fine by me, all over what $4? I assure you, Fortune House, there are plenty of other establishments who would gladly take it.

Our regular Chinese restaurant closed after 20 years. We began to search for a replacement... The Mongolian Beef was good... not as spicy as Im used to. The cut of beef is different. My wife enjoyed her entree. EDIT, (our next order) I had intended to make a new post... I was going to comment on the lunch specials. Food in large potions considering the price charged. I generally can eat twice.from one order. When you buy a lot of big family carry out orders you can tell value. However our recent order was sub-par. The Egg Foo Young was an inch thick, not crisp, and unusual compared to a dozen other area restaurants and buffets. She ended up throwing it all away. Mine was ok. Again the large portion for the price charged is the best thing to say about mine. I wish my wife would have had a better experience. Id like to give them a third chance. But its doubtful now that the Mrs has lost confidence here. However the Restaurant is easily accessible, plenty of parking and the staff is friendly and helpful. This may be the place for you, as Im thinking that we might be too picky. It could be your new favorite place, but you wont know unless you try it once. $6.75 gets you a lunch entree with an egg roll and a beverage. A bargain for Schaumburg. And seriously worth a try.

This place should be avoided at all costs. We took a recommendation from my girlfriends sister, who has lived in the area for a few years now, this is where they order Chinese food from. But we were severely disappointed, and we will not be returning to this fake panda express. We ordered about $45 worth of food, and it is mostly still on our table, we just looked at each other like that was a severe waste of money. We ordered, Bo Bo Platter, Combo Rice, Tao Chicken, Orange Chicken, Pot stickers, with hopes of leftovers for a few days, maybe lunches for work. But we probably wont be eating any more. Plus when we were ordering, the person who answered, didnt know the numbers associated with menu items, and he became very agitated when I referred to the items by the number and the name. I just would urge anyone that is considering this place to go elsewhere, it isnt worth it. Go to Yes or China 1 up north, we just wanted to try this place, and heed this warning, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

I ordered here about 4 months ago when I first moved to the area, I was pleasantly suprised by how yummy everything was the beef dish, chicken dish, crab ragoon, and pot stickers! We are on a tight budget so it has taken time to save a little extra to spend on date night and ordering out. For our 5 month anniversary I decided why not order from the place we ordered from when we first moved! I was so disappointed it tasted like we were eating leftovers from a few days before that they reheated! The appetizers were good, but the 3 main dishes we ordered (sesame chicken, tso chicken, and a beef), were terrible. I bought extra stuff too because it was so good the first time. Sorry to say I will have to be on the lookout for a new place, I was excited because this was right around the corner from our home.

50 minutes for one egg roll and some rice!!!Dont order from here.....people are rude and food was not worth the wait. Placed order online and waited 10 minutes before leaving.....took me 10 minutes to get there. Get to the place and told my food is not ready....30 minutes later the guy asks me what i ordered so i tell him and he says almost ready but i see him go over to a bunch of bags on a table that have been there since i got there and picks up a bag and hands it to me. I immediately say "so my food was ready this whole time huh" and he justs walks away and ignores me leaving me standing there. At this point im starving so i just walk out. Get home and ofcourse food is ice cold.....egg roll is soggy and nasty. Save yourself from a terrible experience and dont order from here!

Some dishes are very good while others are OK. Was disappointed with the BBQ rib appetizer while their egg rolls are usually very good. The General Tsos chicken has a good flavor but the chicken breading hasnt been crispy once. Good chop suey but their fried rice seemed a bit dry. Wasnt a fan of their beef with broccoli but their crab rangoon doesnt disappoint. Unfortunately they arent very consistent, but the food has good flavor and the prices arent outrageous.

Food is worse, more rise, less meat, quality service and quality of the food is not acceptable anymore, was better, be careful when you use a credit or debit cards, they will attached a second operations next couple of days, so you dont recognize. When you ask for explain why? they simply dont know ! Before you go get something to eat, make friend with local authorities, or simply with your credit card company, good luck.

Finally something that hasnt left me craving for good Chicago Chinese food. I usually dont do this but Ive been in Schaumburg for over 3 years and found it very frustrated on unable to find good Chinese food out here, with no flavor or just plain nasty,but I must say this is the best Chinese food in Schaumburg by far, the food has great flavor the portions match the price which is reasonable overall they have my five starsss..

The food was delicious but the lady on the phone Has a terrible attitude in fact all the ladies there have a terrible attitude and the people in the Restaurant dont keep keep track of menu. And also they over charge you on everything. 3 times they missed up my order. So far. In conclusion worse form of customers service and over charged meals. Im only eating here again if they lower their prices and they FIRE!!! The women
