THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. IF I COULD GIVE IT NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD SINCE MOVING TO STREAMWOOD. My first order with this place ever the guy who took my order completely forget my portion of the order. When I called to point it out, he said they didnt charge me for it. Well, the guy clearly remembered that I ordered it because I asked if they could make it non-spicy and when he said yes than I said Id order a small. He had no answer as to why he forgot it. I would have paid for a replacement if they would have delivered it but he told me that it would be 45 minutes (I live five minutes away). I would have gladly driven there to pick it up if it was no charge since it was clearly his error, but he wouldnt do that either. At that point I was so angry and hungry I hung up in tears. My husband called back and asked to speak to the manager but was told he wouldnt be in until Wednesday and the guy that was there and in charge didnt speak English. I am just appalled at the sheer lack of customer service here and will never ever order from this place again. I suggest you steer clear of this place as well. Which is a shame because its so close and I do love Chinese food.

This review is for the 1037 S. Roselle Rd location. I will not return - The most important item for a restaurant is how fresh is the food. If you use old meat and old vegetables you are done. I love chinese food and would eat chinese every day of the year. I rate every chinese restaurant by the Mongolian Beef. A true Chinese cook Knows that the Mongolian Beef must be HOT Spicy, Must have Green long cuts of Onions - NO White onions ever, Sauce is tasty but not overflowing. My Mongolian Beef had green onions only - large order - was barely half of container. truly sad the beef had an old meat smell - I could not eat it. The Sesame Chicken was fresh; however, a turn off was the two old yellow / brown broccoli they added for garnishment; the General TSO chicken was not spicy - chicken was old-Chewy - chewed for a long time then could not swallow it. The Mu Shu Chicken was okay - had big slices of chicken - flavor was okay. Egg Rolls were fine.

The problem with this restaurant is the service, especially delivery. I ordered food to be delivered less than a mile away, literally walking distance. The driver forgot my drink, so I called to notify the restaurant and ask that it be delivered asap since I paid for it. After two hours and four calls, still not drink despite being told "it was on the way", "the driver knows" "it will be there soon". Eventually I was told Id get a refund, but since I paid cash, they would give me a free drink and egg roll "next time". I would have walked over to get it myself, but was at work and could not. I know it sounds mundane, but when I order food, I expect the full order, including the drink, to be delivered. It was their duty to correct their mistake in a timely manner and they instead acted annoyed and blew me off four times. I had to drive over and get my own drink 3 hours later, only to be told "It wont happen next time".

My kids and I get smoothies there and its usually a lady who always made them for us but today there was a guy making them and a young girl at the registers. Girl at the register never said hi, stared off in space till I asked if I could order. The guy that made the smoothies used a total of 4 small strawberries and 2 mango chunks for 3 smoothies! I pretty much got blended Ice. We will not be going back! I will not go to this place hoping the right person is there to serve me, will not waste my time or my money again at this place!!!

i love this place! their rice is actually fried not steamed if you know what i mean... I have been enjoying their food for 2 and a half years. If they mess up your order they are more than happy than to fix it its happened to me just once. This is a family owned buisness and you can taste it in the food. I have never had a bad meal here, i usually get delivery. they deliver so fast i order this for lunch a lot and they always make it on time. China Cook i may just start a fb group for you. lol

were great lots of food then changed owners and now are stingy and bad service.... Went here again to see if it got better but it got worse.. small shrimp fried rice and chop suey with rice was 13.88 so i said can i have a spicey sauce and she said 25 cents and i said wow i have 12 and she said no its 25 cents , had to break a dollar and the food had no shrimp and the chop suey was thrown out , dont ever go to this over priced dump............11 /16/ 2014

I would not order from them again . food arrived 1/2 hr late delivery person had to have dropped the food . crab rangoon was smashed , containers had come open and leaked all over everything egg rolls were soggy . I called manger wouldnt do anything about it real poor customer service . my son use to be a delivery driver there he said it was under new management and not as good as a couple years ago . I had to give it a star just to post review but it doesnt deserve it

Not as good as advertised, I ordered a general Tso chicken meal and all the chicken was fatty and hard ! It was not "all white meat chicken " as the menus states. It was obvious they had used chicken drum sticks to make my meal. Just another example of restaurants cutting corners to maximize profit. Will pass on the restaurant next time.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant ever! We had a big order, messed up and gave me something I didnt order. And when I went back their customer service was terrible they made me pay for what I actually ordered and still messed that up... It didnt even taste good. Their food sucks! I advice everyone to stay away! Im never going back!

placed my order online, was waiting 40 minutes and called them, lady said food is on its way( it is like 5 minutes in traffic to my house). After 15 minutes waiting I called , all pissed off , to cancel my order. Now they refuse to deliver food to my house , I have to pick up because its to close to them to deliver for 3$

I loved the chicken chop suey and the sweet and sour chicken!!! Even the plain white rice was yummy! Delivery was efficient and food was still hot, portions were a bit smaller then I expected (compared to other places) but absolutely delicious. I will definitely be ordering from here again!!
