Ive been going here for awhile, and while Ive never understood the hype about their burgers, I have always enjoyed their fries. Today, I ordered my usual, a cheeseburger with lettuce, grilled onions, tomato, ketchup and mayo, and a little fries. Here are the issues, they charged me for a bacon burger, entered grilled mushrooms instead of grilled onions, and there were almost no fries in the bag. Even though it is a little fries, they typically still fill the bag at least halfway with fries - which justifies the $3.19 price tag. If youre going to give me as many fries as a medium fry at McDonalds, then you sure as heck had better not charge me over $3 - thats ridiculous. As for the burger, typically the person at the register reads back what you ordered, but today she did not. You get one star (not that I can give 0 anyway) because I failed to check my receipt until I discovered their error, so Ill take part of the blame. But for a place that doesnt have great customer service in the first place, screwing up the burger and skimping on the fries gives me zero reason to ever go back to this Five Guys, given how many quality choices there are in Schaumburg with good food AND good customer service. Seriously disappointed.

Burgers are decent, not the best but good. They are a bit pricey for a "fast food" you are going to pay at least $12 for a burger, regular fry and a large drink. You can have a burger at Chilis with fries with a waitress for the same money. Even Portillos is cheaper! A regular size fry is big enough for a normal single persons meal. A large fry can be shared by two. Speaking of the fries. They are awesome fresh cut fries, and the Cajun ones are even BETTER! Warning to those with peanut allergies... you may want to stay away, open boxes of peanuts for patrons to help themselves to are scattered about the store. You always have to wait about 10 minutes for your food as everything is made after you order. I tried calling in an order a few time since i live a few minutes away thinking it would be helpful. It wasnt. My 10 minute wait was still a 7 minute wait and I drove 5 minutes to get there. I have also stopped in on occasion to order a order of cajun fries to go and they never seem to have fries ready either. Id eat there more often if it was in the $8-10 range for my order and didnt take 10 minutes every time i walked in the door. Nick

You cant decide on what to get for lunch? Go to Five Guys - they simplify for you! They will serve a great burger and fries for you really quick and easy. Is it a little higher priced for a burger - yes but is it a no frills burger that will hit the spot - definitely! Also nothing says greasy fries then a cup full of them! The place is good and makes your options slim so you can get in and get out with your hunger satisfied. You just have to live with yourself for the guilt of enjoying a sinfully greasy burger.

If you want to have a all mexican non speaking English crew working when they screw up a 45$ order then this is where you want to eat.. and to top it off the "mexican boss" pretty much will call you a lair when you correct them. Horrible service save your money go Wendys

I ate here tonight, man I love their burgers! However, they always fall apart on me, so I always ask for a fork and knife with mine. The cajun french fries are amazing, very enjoyable cheap burgers.

A burger here is no better than any other fast food place out there. If you are going there just for the fries then make your own. This place like all other 5 guys I been to are nothing special

I eat Veggie only.. So Veggie Sandwich was good for me. Shake was also awesome and Fries are Bigger then I expected.. But I had fun eating delicious food. Its nice.

Good place. Cant complain about the food thats for sure! They did get the order wrong but quickly fixed it. You get a ton of fries. And free peanuts while you wait.
