Typically I enjoy dining at Panera Bread... Unfortunately this location does not provide ample seating for groups larger than 6. There were fruit flies near the soft drink machines which was a bit disturbing. I ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich and Broccoli cheddar soup... which was wonderful as always. My co-worker on the other hand was disappointed in her Autumn Squash soup. She asked a Panera Employee about the soup but was given a quick simple "its good" response and was not offered a sample to try the soup. Unfortunately she ended up not eating her meal as she was unsatisfied with the soup. The customer service is a bit lacking at this Panera Bread compared to others.

We live around the corner so typically get things to go. If this is your case CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. After coming home and something being wrong or missing 3 or 4 times we started checking our orders before leaving. This last time my wife checked and chips were missing. Dont be surprised if the bread gets swapped or they put Mayo on the wrong sandwich. Only once have we gotten an entirely different sandwich. But weve been shorted on chips/apples/soup or any various sides multiple times. Just make sure you check things over before leaving! I think its just kids who arent paying attention to what theyre doing.

The employees literally do not give a crap. My order has had one part of it missing the last 4 times I have gone there and still been charged for the items. I shouldnt have to take every item out of a to-go bag everything to make sure the order is right. Missing bread bowld, missing croutons, missing side orders. If the employees cared a little bit more about doing their job correctly, this place would be worth going to. Its not rocket science, its called having a good work ethic. The little things add up.

Chatty Cathies behind the counter were too busy messing around to make my sandwich right. I ended up with a pathetic display of egg, sausage, and cheese thrown around a piece of stale bread. Not what I asked for. Hire some real employees, and try again. Find a different Panera, or support a local business

ON 4/25/2016 I ordered 2 steak sandwiches on white cheddar (pan). I received 2 buns with onions and something very hard and chewy about the exact size of a credit card. With chips for $8.59. They should be very ashamed to call this a sandwich. The coke was good.

Variety of hot coffees and helpfully labelled by darkness of roast. They sell French baguettes in a basket by the coffee. All you have to do is grab one (and please pay too). They are crusty and delicious. Inside and outside seating. Good for small meetings.

Honestly, the worst Panera bread Ive ever gone to. I hate giving bad reviews, but the service is terrible. The cashiers are just very monotone. No real life in there.I have been confused by the lack of communication with my orders.Very lazy servers tbh.

I always order my food and then in less then 3 min they already have it all prepared. This is my to go place whenever Im in a hurry. Today I went and ordered a cookie and the manager gave a $1 off just because excellent service.

Every other time we come to this location they get our order wrong. This time I got frozen chicken on my salad and my husbands salad came with little salad itself. So disappointed....dont know why we dont learn.

Small menu but everything is good. Portions are small too, so this is not the place to visit after a good workout. Free WiFi, and usually plenty of room to sit.
