I work in the restaurant industry as a manager for Portillos, so its needless to say I pride myself in good customer service, quality, and good atmosphere. Ive been to numerous Pandas and I seem to always gravitate back to this one on Ogden in Naperville. The service is great, they smile, there is always good food and its fresh. Its not sitting for hours. The staff seem to be genuine and its the only one that even the Cook says hi and makes conversation. I can tell its being managed well, just by the way the great staff operates this business. Thanks for your food, but thanks for your service. Ill see you again soon! ;)

Food was okay but the service was terrible, when it takes 5 minutes for them to even notice you are waiting to take your order that is mind numbing especially when you dont have time to go anywhere else. Then, they forget my order 6 times within the time it took to order. Then they load my plate with no meat and just vegis when I order a beef plate. Really sub par service for even a fast food restaurant. Id expect at least a little decency from people. But it was a rude and overall unpleasant experience. I will not be returning to this specific Panda Express again.

I went there for the first time and the employees was arguing on how many shrimps should be given on the customer plate while he was fixing his order. Literally they was standing over the customer food going back and forth on how many shrimps. Instead of letting him continue to fix his order then let him know what shouldve been done. I was totally disappointed and dissatisfied in their service and I left. If a manager is reading this I will not be back and I will advise other people not to go.

I dont like to write a bad review BUT: Not so happy with the service. The loud kitchen is located directly behind the person you give your food order to, when the girl behind the counter was taking our order you could barely hear her - and got VERY frustrated when she had to raise her voice so we could hear her...so frustrated that her friend working with her started laughing at her. Very immature girls working there, but the food was good...so I would recommend take out.

I enjoy coming here after work I love how attentive and nice the staff are and how the food is very fresh its worth the drive because I live in woodridge and the closest panda to me is the one on Bolingbrook but they have the worst customer service and the food is always dry but I rather drive to Naperville to enjoy the nice staff, fresh food and comfortable.

Food did look old when i came in, then the manager came out and asked me what I would like, I told her and she made the cook make my order all fresh, worth the wait, only took about 5 -8 minutes, thats what I call customer service . This place knows how to treat people. I definitely recommend this location

The food was as good as any other Panda Express. 4 stars instead of 5 because of a VERY long wait at the drive-through. Id rather you tell me youre out of broccoli beef so I can order something else, rather than wait. Of course the freshly cooked food was better than if it had been sitting in the warmer.

Ok, so normally Panda Express is horrible. Greasy, soggy airport Chinese food, right? But this location is different than any other Panda Express Ive ever had. The food is flavorful, the place is clean, the employees arent bad, and most importantly of all, the food is actually FRESH!

The food was terrible. Had a soapy taste to everything. Was very limited to the menu and the girl taking my order didnt listen. Had to start the whole order over again just to ensure it was right. Will not be returning to Panda Express for a long time.

The service and everything was great! i got my food on time and all. The only thing I would like to mention is making the honey walnut shrimp a little cheaper becausr thats the only side thing i can order besides vegetables.

Drive-thru location; I love Panda for the options, and I always get 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 steamed veggies for my side to make me feel a little better (I can never give up fried rice!).
