Start by saying the place was not close to being busy at all, it was a very slow day. The host at the front door was very friendly and tentative when my family and I came through the door. It was only 3 of us that came to dine there. I asked for a booth and the host provided us with one that was near the door. We wanted about 15-20 mintues, then we left because no server came to acknowledge our presents at the table. We wasnt even offered water nor did we even get approached by the server that suppose to been serving us. But what I did notice a server that asked the two gentlement that was sitting right next to us, would that like a another beer. In my mind I thought she would come right back to us but she didnt. We waited patiently still no one game after 15 minutes. So we debating on leaving and we did. Right before leaving a waitied a couple minutes for the host to come back so that I could give her the tablet, she let use which had games on it for my son to play with. When she came back I handed her the tablet and informed her we was leaving because we waited for about 20 minutes and no came to serve us. The host seemed upset, not at me but I believe she was upset at the server because she looked around angrily looking for her. The thing is the place was not busy, I would say it was about 35% busy, so thats very low for BWWs. This was a Sunday evening. I wanted to speak with the manager but I left it alone. I was upset nor angry but one thing I was very hungry and had a taste for some boneless wings. All said and done the service was terrible minus the host...

Please never go here. I went here to say goodbye to a great friend and mentor. I had a long island iced tea that was delicious but they put so much ice in it. I told my waitress who did nothing to fix it or offer if I got another one not to put so much ice, she just shrugged it off. Then I left my sheepskin ear muffs there ( what can I say, Im a light weight) Called the next day and the hostess said it was there. I didnt go that day, (long day at work) but my Husband went the very next day and my ear muffs were no where to be found. It would have been different if the woman who answered the phone said no they arent here but she had me describe the ear muffs, told me I could pick them up anytime only to find out someone from the staff stole them? I called and spoke to Manager Michelle as soon as my Husband informed me they did not have them. She proceeded to say that employees have been caught being dishonest before and she had to let them go. She further informed me that she was going to launch an investigation and give me a call back. Weeks almost a month later, no call. Very dishonest, poor customer service. Because of this location, I may never return to a BWW ever again.

The food was great as always. The service was bad. The waitress in the bar area did not even wait 5 minutes after we got our food to give us our bill. We did not ask for it. She just gave it to us. She seemed more interested in talking with her co-workers than doing her job. The company doesnt realize their service is their downfall, not their food. Went back on 5/31 for the boneless BOGO. Somehow they messed up the order. I have gone 3 consecutive times in the past few months and EVERY TIME they mess up the order. The waitress had it written down and they still could not execute. The place was not at all busy, it was before dinner rush. It seems, the staff likes to talk to each other more than pay attention to the service. I was given the correct wings, only about 3/4 of the way through my meal. The Manager never came to check on it, and when I mention it, she brushed it off like she didnt hear anything. Yes, I got an extra small boneless for free, but I rather have the food I ordered the first time. Food was Good as always, but as always, they messed up the order.

This place is always so busy and it seems like they dont have enough staff to keep up with the demand. Everytime I order out its SO hectic in there. Yesterday I ordered out, I called at 6 and they said 10-15 min so I made sure to get there an addl 10 min late and I was still stuck in line waiting 10 min to even pay for my food. Then she hands me the receipt and makes me step aside and I was like can you check if my food is in the waiting heater. She finally heard me and checked and it was in there. My salad was so hot already - who likes a hot salad and I had asked for the sauce on the side for my wrap and they mixed it in. Just poor poor service and attention to detail. They need more help over there. When we eat it, its the same problem, slow service, not attentive. Wont be returning to this location.

The food has been good, hence the two stars. The service is horrendous unless your server is Alex or you are sitting at the actual bar. Last year went for my birthday and showed the girl the birthday email so I could make sure to get the item mentioned in the email. Then the bill came and they wouldnt honor it since I didnt print it. This year I spent over an hour waiting for bill to be brought & taken. I ended up going to the take out station to try and take care of it. They said they couldnt help there, I needed to go back. I ended up throwing down $20 in cash and saying I was done and walked out, meal cost $11. The last 3 times have been slow as in 20 minutes between seeing the waitress and super slow with the bills. Ill be going to other wing joints.

It sucks. We waited at the door for 10 mins before getting seated. My friend had to stand up and go to the server and ask if he is going to take long to take our order, manger stepped in and took our order. Now, order is placed to the manager, so I would think things should be fast but NO, still slow. Wings came to the table late and looked disgusted. We asked extra wet and it was not even regular wet, wings were over fried and looked stale as hell too. Now we complained the manager came back and re-cooked our order, I am waiting but I doubt its going to be good. Ohh yeah and also, they missed cutlery, napkins and wetnaps when we asked them to make it to go bcoz we got pissed for sitting for 45 mins for food. Go to the one in woodridge, they are awesome.

Moved to the area about a year ago. Service has always been lacking at this location the couple times we stopped in. Ive loved their wings in the other northern burb location for years so for the food I looked past it... but tonight we were refused service at 8 p.m. because there was a large party coming in at 9 p.m. One third of the tables were wide open. Others in the parking lot that had also just been turned away were voicing their shock as they were making other plans. Guess we cant just take a chance on stopping in here again. Its a good thing there are so many other options in the area for good food that will take you in on a Friday night.
