First, let me state that it takes a LOT for me to give a bad review for a restaurant, especially fast food restaurants. Having been in the fast food industry myself, I understand that things get hectic, food gets forgotten, the works. And because of that, I also understand that when you make a mistake, it gets corrected, no questions asked. About a month ago, a full order of chicken strips was not placed in my bag. Not being able to return, I called and let them know it was forgotten, they wrote down my name and told me when I returned, they would comp a meal for me. GREAT! Just what I wanted to hear. Fast forward to today, I go through the drive thru and tell them my name was written down for a free meal. The assistant directing manager grabbed what looked like a complaint book with names written down in it, and mine was nowhere to be found. Are you kidding me? They still gave me a free chicken strip (not a full meal like I was promised, JUST the chicken strip), and told me to bring in a receipt if something is missed again. Now, I can understand her being hesitant with giving me something free seeing as though my name wasnt written down and I didnt have a receipt, BUT THATS MY POINT. If my name had been written down in that little book like I thought it had been when I called, I wouldnt have to bring in proof that I was missing food the last time I ordered from there. You truly need a better system for taking complaints, so when you do make mistakes in the future, they can be handled and corrected properly. Despite this Chik Fil A being extremely close to my work and extremely convenient, I will no longer be a patron at this location.

Finally able to write this review after being a regular since they opened at this Kildeer location years ago. In November, my entire family went to dinner and shared chicken nuggets. About 5 hours later all 5 of us started vomiting all throughout the night. We hadnt eaten anything else within 12 hours of it happening and it most definitely was the chicken that was coming back out. The only thing we all had eaten in common was Chik-fil-A. We called the next morning and they took down our information. The owner called us 3 days later and informed us that he took my concerns very seriously, they checked all the food safety logs and everything was fine, and that hed follow up with me after he looked into more details, but that there were no issues on their end. I never received any communication back. Today was the first time Ive had Chik-fil-A since November -- only took 9 months and free breakfast Tuesdays to get the bad feeling out of my mouth. Fair enough, the owner did check to make sure there was no larger food safety issue in his store. However, as far as making me feel like my concerns were, indeed, taken seriously, I think they really failed. We had been visiting almost weekly prior to this incident and my review really is an exception to the norm, but the way they handled it wasnt satisfactory in my opinion. Oh well...

People do not usually write reviews when they have a good experience and I have always had good experiences here with great customer service but I never took the time to write a review the reason I am taking the time today is because I had left my debit card in a different jacket and when I pulled up to the window and realized this they let me keep the meal for free Thanks again chick-fil-a I will pay it forward

The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was super friendly. They brought the food to our table and even came by periodically to check on us and to get us refills on our drinks. We typically go out of our way to avoid fast food, but the food and service here is exemplary. The extra care and attention to detail made us feel very welcomed; we look forward to our next visit.

A better than average gluten free bun (they should heat it), that comes individually wrapped, and the fries are gluten free! The original chicken sandwich (not gluten free) is delish and the Chick-fil-A sauce is a winner. Had 9 staff working the front of the house, service was good.

Im not sure what the fuss is all about with this place. Maybe its just because Im more of a beef eater. The staff is friendly and courteous and the restaurant is clean. But chicken sandwiches just plain bore me.

Horrible that they cannot serve breakfast even just 10 minutes after 10:30. They arent willing to go the extra mile to please customers which is sad! Its not like its too much to ask
