Came in on a Friday night and ordered one Chicken and one pork burrito to go. first off the bat they were scrapping the bottom of the pan for the brown rice the two servers were having a gay old time speaking in Spanish and just slopping the different ingredients on the burrito not really paying attention laughing and passing the sandwich down the line. ordered chips to go and when I got home the chips were stall and I wound up throwing them out. Started eating the pork burrito and the meat was burnt and chewy. crisp was not the word just plain burnt. No complaints on the Chicken burrito except all the wrong ingredients (not what I asked for ) Maybe if I spoke Spanish it would have been right or at least I could of understand what they were laughing about . Very Poor service Dont think Ill be going back there shame I use to like that place.

My husband said this would happen. When a new Chipotle opens, they get you in by giving generous portions. Then, they start giving fewer and fewer ingredients. Tonight, my rice bowl contained less than a scoop of rice; when I asked why there was so little, the server said that is how much I get. Then I got about 12 pieces of steak. When my husbands burrito was up, half a scoop of rice, 12 pieces of steak again. I said, "Wow, really skimping tonight." So the woman behind the counter said to give us more. My sons taco was sufficient but, at checkout, the guy rang it up and asked if I wanted anything else. I had to remind him that the kids meal comes with a drink and chips. Im really undecided about Chipotle right now. I paid $20 for 2 adult and 1 childs meal, but had to beg for every ounce of it.

Ive been to quite a few locations of this chain and this one was by far the worst one. The meat portion in my burrito was pathetic, smallest portion Ive seen. Even before overhearing the employee that made my burrito say to a co-worker how tired/hungover he was, I could tell how little he cared about his job by the product he gave me. Would have liked more options of where I wanted to sit, but since all the open seats that were left were still dirty even while I was walking up to the counter to place my order, I was only left with the option of sitting towards the counter, where I had the pleasure of observing 7-10 employees laughing and having a good time while their restaurant was still dirty. But hey, I went to a Chipotle, what was I to expect?

The atmosphere is very urban and seeing the 30 people in line (almost out of the door!) was at first intimidating but! I was in line for less than 5 mins and I just ate a fantasticcccc burrito! No wonder its so busy! The staff was friendly and courteous but also very much "on a mission" to move the line through. Oh! the empty tables were clean!!!!! The bathroom had toilet paper and the condiments were organized! This location replaces my old favorite of Gurnee Chipotle. I want to go again tomorrow! Great job Round Lake!

I usually have no complaints about this store, but I went in to get a sofrita bowl for my dinner today&I payed extra for guac thinking it was gonna be ripe&delicious like always. That wasnt the case.. the guac had full, not ripe avocado in. Not mashed or anything. I went to go scoop up some of my bowl with the guac&thats when I realized it wasnt ripe&I paid extra for something I couldnt eat... I hope whoever is on guac duty pays better attention next time that the avocados theyre using are ripe.

Terrible experience Friday May 5th was the day I ate there it was the only food I had that day. I got white rice, black beans, chicken and sour cream cheese and lettuce. An hour after I started to get a big head and started felling nauseous. I fell asleep woke up the next day was feeling terrible the days kept getting worst every day I was even sent home from work because they had seen how bad I was I went to the doctor and sure enough they told me I had food poisoning never again

i went today to get a bowl half chicken and steak. it was the worst bowl ever. The very first thing i noticed was the steak was not cooked completely .. its so red in the inside and then they bearly put chiken i only found like 3pieces of chicken. managers need to make sure the employees are doing their job.. realh upset with this.. i was busy and didnt have time to call .. please make sure your food is fully cooked!

Normally do not write reviews but I was blown away tonight. I have never been to chipotle before but my experience was something I couldnt stop thinking about. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. It was very clean, the line was long but it went through quickly. Im felt fulfilled and will recommend to my friends. Had a very yummy chicken bowl with guacamole and chips. Good management here.

There is a reason why the line almost out the door everytime I come. Their food is delicious! Ive been to other Chipotles but Ive been coming back here for the last month or two. I dont know what theyre doing here but the food always has the perfect amount of flavor. I never have had to wait more than 3 minutes to get my food. Whoever is managing or cooking are really good at their job.

Went into the store yesterday afternoon for lunch. I noticed there is a new staff and possibly a new manager. I was greeted and served much faster than usual. I also noticed some redecorating has occurred? (not too sure about that but something changed) Anyway - food was delicious, store was tidy and service was kind. Thanks!

Ive been here many times, I just discovered they have hard shell tacos. It is the most delicious meal I have ever had. If I could I would eat it every single day for every meal. I just had 3 and planning on having 3 more before I get home tonight.

Chipotle provided our homeschool group with the most wonderful fundraiser! All the employees were super nice and helpful and really seemed to care that our fundraiser went well. I love their food!!!! Thank you Chipotle in Round Lake, IL!!!!!

The food is always good at this location however the serving portion is way too small..its the only branch that seems to count every ounce of rice, chicken and everything that they add to your meal. I usually buy chicken bowl.

Everytime I order online, expecting my order to be ready when I get there... Im disappointed because its not. At Which point I typically watch as my order is sloppily put together. Food is fine... service could be better.

People are very nice. Sometimes they wrap my burrito so full they have to put another tortilla around it (They always ask before doing so). Great atmosphere, very clean and really really really yummy food.

Good food; fajitas and chicken cooked perfectly. Friendly staff, although they seemed a bit short-handed today. A few of the tables were dirty and they were out of Coke during this visit.

I have recently moved away from the area and this is the only chipotle I chose to go to the food if always hot and and the workers are so kind and have great hospitality manners
