By far this was the worst meal Ive had in a long time. The place is dirty top to bottom. The salsa was made with canned tomatoes and dried cilantro. We were given one menu for four people, and it was covered with handwritten price changes. We ordered two of each type of quesadilla, cheese, mushroom, beef and chicken. They were served on a plate with NOTHING else, no lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. Nothing at all. The chicken was canned, we were never asked if things were okay or if we needed anything else. Ive eaten at several inexpensive texmex restaurants before, and there was no excuse for this place. Will not ever go back.

My mom and I have always went to El Giros. Once in a blue moon we went there 3 times a week. Anyway, yall know how most Mexican restruants give unlimited chips? Well, they charge you $1.50 for every batch. They just recently started too. Well we complained about them not notifying it to their manager and he literally told us we have to pay it. My mom said we are never coming back in response to his attitude, and he responded "I dont need you. I need people that pay. Look at all these other people. Bye." On top of the bad service (which is normal) we are never eating there again. If I could I would give 0 stars

We went here last night and it was probably one of the best Mexican restaurants Ive been to. We knew they were good when we walked into a packed out restaurant on a Thursday. The food was more traditional than a lot of Mexican places around here. And the margaritas were great!! I read a review on here about how they charge $1.50 for chips but thats simply not true. They only charge for chips if your a free loader and dont order anything else to eat. Great food, great drinks, and even better service!

The most welcoming environment! Ive been eating here for 8 years. The manager remembers his regulars and always says hello to me. The food is both amazing and cheap. The fajita burrito is my go to. They have the best margaritas! On Saturday they are $1.50! I will never eat at another Mexican restaurant while Im in town!

The best Mexican in town. Alas, they are no more, the restaurant having burned one evening around Christmas. Ive found the best compliment for a Tex-Mex restaurant is "Almost as good as El Giros." I hope they are back: fresh, tasty food; huge portions; very friendly staff; outrageously good prices...

Not the best. BUT YOU GET what you pay for. Mondays are the best 2 for 1 fajitas and dollar fifty margaritas that are good. Its a great buy for descent food and good drink and the servic3 is always great.
