Wow ! Being from Arizona and spending a lot of time in Mexico my expectations are high. I have to say this is my third time going to Aztecas. This is by far the best Mexican restaurant in the area. From the moment we walked into the front door a very friendly cute blonde greater us, to the paying of the bill it was a perfect ten. Our server was very friendly and patient with my 88 year old mother. It was also my sisters birthday. The staff came out and sang happy birthday en Español and gave us a complimentary slice of cheese cake. The outdoor courtyard patio is the best on a fall night. The food was amazing, very authentic, great enchiladas, pablano pepper, salsa and the best was the huge ice cold Margarita. Definitely a great experience and superb management, every attention to detail was covered. The food quality was great, fast friendly service and the prices were very fair for the quality. For the price, you cant beat it! Ive been frequenting this place for 15 years! Every now and then we get a crappy server but 9 times out of 10, the food and service is great. Restrooms are always clean. Sometimes they have musicians or a mariachi band. If youre celebrating a birthday or special occasion, just let your server know and theyll come out and sing a song to you in Spanish, put a sombrero on your head, & whip cream on your nose or face. One of our family favorites! And if youre looking for true southern sweet tea, this is the place to find it! Now that Ive started drinking half and half or unsweet tea, I can barely drink their sweet tea- thats not a complaint though. They have the best sweet tea!

My family and I go there all the time well used too. The food is great! But the staff is not friendly at all. It makes me feel like they dont want you there. No Moral in the whole restaurant. They dont greet you when you come in. They dont write nothing down when you order. They try to remember it all. I have a family of 5 that have different likes. When you get your food if it is not right and you tell them. They will argue with you and said thats what you told them. My kids love the food but not a great happy restaurant......Staff acts like they hate their job!!!!!!!!!

We have been going to Aztecas for years and they have slowly become the worst place to eat. No one said hello as we were seated. Poor poor poor service. Food was not prepared properly. No one said thanks for coming as we left just a stupid look. Obviously bad management and inadequate quality control in the kitchen is evident. Myself, family, and friends will not be back. Shape it up Azteca owners. What used to be the best Mexican food establishment has become the worst.

Service is usually good here, except my last visit. It seemed like the waitress was intentionally trying to provoke me into not tipping. Fortunately, the food tends to be pretty good. If you havent tried the alambres, then youre missing out. Ask them to put the tortillas on the side, and be careful with the salsa because it is super spicy!

Honestly not much of a mexican food kinda person. Very few things interest me, but i ordered the Steak Fajitas with Dos Equis from draft. The Fajitas were AMAZING, never had better. The beer was on point also, Ive tried this from other restaurants around the area. Service wasnt as good, nor was the food. Strange for an Aztecas, I know haha.

Consistently Great Mexican! Weve tried many through the years, but Aztecas is ALWAYS great. The service is attentive, the food served piping hot. Im not a vegetarian, but my wifes special request no meat burrito is wonderful; should be a menu item. Unlike other Mexican restaurants around town, weve never been disappointed here.

An EXCELLENT little hole in the wall. This is not your average mexican restaurant chain. Great Margaritas, excellent food and good prices. Entrees are large and the service is quick and friendly. The atmosphere inside is very different than your average tex-mex grub hub. Give them a try for something different!

Ate here hoping to get good Mexican food. Got the nachos, which were a sorry excuse for nachos, almost no toppings, and mostly chips. Not happy. I wouldnt eat here again. We are from south Texas and know good Mexican food, and this wasnt. Had a very attentive server though. Rip off too.

The service staff is very unfriendly and inattentive. On some occasions, they are even downright rude. I like to tip well, but only if it is deserved. It is unfortunate that the servers are so rude because the food here is really delicious. The bad service ruins the experience.

Went on a Monday night and they were steady but not crowded. The servers were both very polite and efficient. Food came out hot and fast to the table. Last but not least the patio outside is absolutely perfect for this time of year. All in all a great experience.

For real mexican food, this place is the best within 100+ miles! The only reason I give it 4 stars is because the service can be hit-or-miss. 7/10 times the service is amazing though. Overall, its my go-to mexican place in the county!

The food was very good. They have an interesting mix of Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican choices - and both were excellent. The service was very good and the prices reasonable. Felt very comfortable talking my three children.

Came with a friend on margarita Wednesday. Employees were courteous and friendly. We sat outside by the fire pit and enjoyed our margaritas and the mariachi band. Food was good, service was good. Margaritas were awesome !

The food was not good at all. Beef enchilada meat was gray in color and taste. The chicken was slightly better. The highlight were the margaritas. Nice atmosphere inside, except for patio and cigarette smoke - no fans.

We was just passing through on our way to Biloxi. We ate here tonight and it was awesome! The service was great and the food!! We tried to get the recipe for the chip sauce with no luck. Lol all was great !

I have eaten here twice with friends and both times I leave with a headache. I believe this is due to low quality tequila used in their Margaritas. I have never had this problem in any other restaurant.

I dont recommend this place even to my worst enemy. The food is not seasoned well, very greasy, and half of our table who all ordered at the same time didnt receive their food until the end of the meal.

Order nachos beef and cheese Got sogy chips very little cheese very tuff beef big chunks with green red peppers and a weird sauce. Taste like sweet and sour beef.This is not Mexican Food !!!
