The service here, particularly the young, very rude, female that works fairly regularly, is by far the worst of any restaurant Ive been to in a very long time. Example: When picking up my phone order, the young lady talked on the phone, in front of me no less, for approximately 7-8 minutes without even acknowledging my presence. This same employee has also never shown any interest in serving the customer and on one occasion, blamed my wife, THE CUSTOMER, for her messing up a simple order of a plain taco. Food wise, the steak burrito is the only decent item weve tasted. Steak tacos are bland and lack any substance. Today is the last time my family will eat here and I will be sure to pass the word to friends.

Well its been awhile since my last visit and honestly itll be awhile if not an eternity if I ever return. When it first opened the owner was always there and made you feel like family. Now the young person (NOPE TOO MUCH CREDIT) the kid who occupies space at the register is ignorant and has no business dealing with people what so ever. The food portions and quality were good in the beginning now the meat tastes like leftovers the portions are smaller but the prices are higher they ration the complimentary hot sauce and the chips are sometimes stale. If authentic Mexican food is what you crave on that corner then try McBrides, Hong Kong cuisine, Francos or even Subway and get a bag of Fritos.

Service was horrible, i asked for my tacos with extra meat they charge me for it and when i got my tacos they had very little meat i ask the cook nicely and his responce was "we dont put extra meat on anything" i then ask why would they charge me and he said cause you ask for extra meat! Well if you dont put extra meat why would you charge me he rudly said cause you asked for it and walk away after agresively returning the money they charge extra per taco.

The food is decent! I know the crew in the kitchen works super hard. The customer service needs a lot of work. The younger cashiers are friendly and inviting. The older guy who I believe is the manager/owner has horrible customer service skills. He should be modeling excellent customer service for his employees but instead his employees are modeling excellent customer service for him!

Its a small corner Mexican restaurant brightly colored. Overpriced. I didnt enjoy the tacos either. Go to McBrides and grab food instead. They should at least serve to the drinks bit when they close at nine theyre missing a huge market. The young Latino who works the register had a horrible personality and is extremely rude. Beware!

Great food. We love it. Excellent flavor. Fresh flavorful guacamole. Definitely take out. Can be a LONG wait so call ahead and expet to wait when you get there. Sometimes very difficult to get through by phone. 5 stars for food. 1 star for accessibility. 4 stars for price.

Terrible service, food tastes good, they dont have any limes, no public restroom, didnt get utensils, had to ask for them, got very little napkins(which came with utensils I had to ask for) just very basic food but it tastes decent

Worst customer service they wont answer your call when you try ordering your order over the phone. They just stare at the ringing phone and ignore they can atleast answer and tell us to hold a little. Wouldnt recommend

EXTREMELY CLEAN...I have never been to a cleaner Mexican take-out in my life. It is expensive but the Mexican rice and guacamole are to die for!
