I eat Subway almost daily. I eat in Lexington, Jackson, and Milan. I frequent 4 locations but this one gives this least for your money. I got only 3 jalapenos, 6 olive pieces, 3 bell pepper pieces, 4 spinach leaves and roughly a tablespoon of lettuce on a VEGGIE! Normally I wouldnt say anything but this is not the first time at this location. Go to Jackson if you have a choice. Someone should maybe open another location in Lexington...

Employees were terrible! They sat in the back talking and goofing off even though they knew customers were waiting out front to have sandwiches made. Then when they finally came out and made our subs, the bread was stale and the subs did not taste or look good at all. The restaurant lobby was dirty and the area where the subs were prepared was messy as well. I will not, and have not been back to this subway! Ugh, so disappointing!

The person taking orders at the drive thru has a heavy accent, very hard to place your order. And Im shocked when I find the lady at the window speaking perfect English. Why is she not taking the orders. Customer service is not considered here. And the drive thru speaker will blow your eardrums! But the foods OK.
