I used to go here often when I worked sort of nearby. Great staff and generally a good atmosphere unless the insane (literally) people bother you or sit near you and stare. That creeped me out. I like the outdoor seating option because you can see the train go by. Located in a nice strip mall thats connected to the train station.

My favorite place to go in oak lawn its a calm environment and an excellent place to talk to people as well as study while getting a good boost in energy. Staff remembers my orders from last time and they are all very kind and caring. Thank you! Although I do think I am addicted to your coffee.

I have been drinking coffee from Starbucks for many years, and I have always enjoyed being a loyal customer, because of the great coffee and service, but today, unfortunately, I was treated horribly. They made mistake, wrong drink, came back, and when I left they over filled it with syrup.

Workers got mad when I told them"I ordered -insert drink- a while ago and Im still waiting. Are you guys making it yet?" They got mad and when I finally got my drink, they shouted at me saying "is that even your drink?!" I used to love it, I still do but they need to be faster and nicer.

Friendly staff, high quality coffee drinks. As a daily commuter I frequent this particular starbucks due to the proximity to the 95th st Metra station. Staff very rarely make a mistake and drinks are made well. Show up often enough and theyll know you and your order of choice by name :)

Overall this location is good, but the other comment saying the wifi is slow is absolutely true. Its easily the slowest of any Starbucks Ive been to, and believe me...thats saying a lot. Ive left a couple of times simply because the wifi at home is actually usable.

Kathleen doesnt know whats up. Im here 3 days a week, and theres always parking available. The staff is great, and unlike other starbucks, there is a great sense of community here. This is my favorite starbucks on the planet.

Pros: Very nice place, I used to spend every day here studying. They have a nice outdoor seating area and its near a train stop so its great for people watching. Cons: Starbucks monopoly and not the best coffee.

Outside is filthy dirty! Homeless sleeping in bushes next to tables! Vagrants constantly asking for money! People are urinating , and human feces in area. Other than that , the coffee is great !
