This place is horrible, I highly advise you from going here! I used to go here pretty regularly but now refuse to ever go back. Every time I told my self Ill give them a second chance, Ive only been let down over and over again. After 5 second chances Im officially done with this place, and not only am I done with this place Im so utterly disappointed that I thought Id write a review. Im a nice guy, I wouldnt want to leave a bad review, but when someone is so deserving of it, it would be wrong of me not to write it. Their service is HORRENDOUS, their sheesha is terrible and their food is subpar. Everytime Im done with a session there I leave with a sore throat and the next morning will have to do a saltwater gargle. I used to love this place, but than they got greedy, charging you for every little thing, they refuse to give you tap water, they will not serve you properly and in the end stick you with a gratuity charge you have to unwillingly pay for. Im all for tipping my waiters/waitress its proper etiquette, but Id like to be the one that decides to do that, not have it forced upon me, especially when I believe they arent deserving of it. During the weekends they have whack charges and minimums that you have to meet and even if youre there pretty regularly you arent shown any courtesy. The only ones that receive that are the owners, his son and their friends. Everyone else irregardless of how many times nor how much money theyve spent there, youre nothing but a person filling a seat and nothing more. Im done with this place....if youre looking for a crappy sheesha with decent seating area and open 24hrs, WITH the worst customer service youll experience any where, than and only than, do I recommend Ali Baba...otherwise id recommend not going anywhere near this place. There are plenty of better places within blocks of this dump...one just down that block is Pharaohs, the sheesha is $10, they have free wifi, their servers are kind, their seating and atmosphere is good and overall a million times better than this place. Im an avid sheesha smoker and after being rubbed the wrong way by this place repeatedly ive finally decided to write about it and warn others about it. Very few people can say nice things about it, overall impression of most is the same as mine. Sorry for the length, hopefully you were able to benefit and save yourself the disappointment and money.

Ugh...where to begin?! First off, the hookah quality is terrible. Second, a GIANT cockroach crawled into the bathroom while I was in there. And worst of all the falafel appetizer I ordered immediately made me sick...as in I had to run back into the cockroach bathroom to vomit. And somehow my bill was $29 when all I had was a regular hookah, tea and falafel app...the math seems a bit off. If I hadnt been so sick Id have stayed to ask about that...but I just needed OUT of that place. I used to like this place and hadnt been in a couple of years. Quality has definitely plummeted. I will be steering clear of here from now on, and I would highly suggest you do the same!! Praying I dont officially have food poisoning

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. I must say this is one of the worst place to go to THE WAITRESSES HAVE ATTITUDE UP THE A$$. NOT ONLY DID THEY SCREW UP OUR ORDER. IT CAME VERY LATE. ADDING TO THAT IT TASTED HORRIBLE. AND IN THE MIDDLE OF US SMOKING OUR HOOKAH THEY TOOK IT AWAY WITHOUT EVEN LETTING US KNOW. WE BARELY TOOK A PUFF. AND THEY CHARGED US FOR IT. HONEST TO GOD I WOULD HAVE RATHER ATE GRASS THAN THE SANDWICHES THEY MADE US.....I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!! Save yourself money and time.

Bad experience with waitress, we ordered 3 soup lentil and 3 sandwiches, we got only 2 soups and no sandwiches bcs they dont have bread for sandwiches!!! I believe this place dont have a manager, test of hooks really bad . Waitress charged us 10 $ for tips without asking us !!! It was first and last time I go to this place and will not recommend it to someone respect himself.

Hookah was great, food was pretty good, people were very friendly. Only thing is that we were there for over 2 hours and our waitress didnt check on us once. Not a huge deal to go up to the counter if we needed something but Im a server at a hookah bar too and I would never let my customers sit for that long without checking on them.

the hookahs are terrible. I even tried 4 different flavors and all of them sucks. it also takes forever for the coals to come. the service is the worst part. I have been to so many arabian hookah lounges and this is the worst one I have been to for sure. I dont recommend it. There is minimum charge of 7$ + 15% mandatory tip

Hookah is good. Request coconut coals. Food came fast enough. Nice first generation polak waitress. The bad: auto tip at 15%, and no hospitality: neither extra hot water for my tea nor a glass of tap water. Ridiculous. Goes against the idea of hookah and middle eastern hospitality.

The hookah doesnt taste good at all The places are small There are no parking lots The waitress was rude It took them 1 hour to change my coals Chairs looks nice but are not comfortable at all its expensive and the tip is included I would never recommend this for anyone

I had a really nice time. The atmosphere was great and very diverse crowd. They seem to cater to regulars and those that show up earlier in the night, but me and my friends enjoyed ourselves. BYOB and nice waitresses, cant beat that.

Hookah is good, not very expensive However, the smoothie was very sugary They over charged us as they added service charge apparently, then we paid tips and ended up over paying. Did pay attention to the service charge till I left

Terrible hookah!!! If u like their hookah that mean s u know nothing about hookah and u never test the real hookah. Double check ur bill because they charge u for things that u never order.

Awesome place to chill, play cards and smoke hookah. But service was way too slow. Took us 45 mins to get our hookah. And same goes for food and drinks. But the food was great, I loved it.

The first hookah place my friends and I went to 10 yrs ago. We still go from time to time. Lots of tables and chairs. The hookah gets harsh quickly, unless you use the coconut charcoal.
