My experience has been great for the lunch buffet and much less than that for dinner visits. Even though the food was amazingly tasty on both occasions, the customer service at dinner time was below average. When my husband and I were there the first time, it took the waiter 10 min to our table after we arrived even when the place was empty. We thought we were there too early. Then, 25 min more elapsed before the food was served. Oh, but when we tasted that food.... all was forgotten! The tea I ordered was lukewarm and also took an inordinate amount of time to get to the table. We noticed too our server and waiter had soiled garments. The last time my husband went there for dinner alone, he had to leave after waiting for 15 min for a waiter to take his order. He went to the neighbor Indian fast food and said it was the worst Indian food he had ever tasted. Therefore, we only go to Ruchi for lunch and never again for dinner. My rating is an average of the visits, I would rate lunch a 5 stars and dinner a 2, and only due to customer service. If I were the owner of such restaurant, I would try to improve customer service to offer a first rate dinning experience. If they did that place would be packed because the food is delicious!

Considering the food i would have given 2 - 3 stars but based by default they charge 15% TIPS themselves to the bill if its 5 persons and above. They consider even Kids of age 2 & 3 are as adult. Till then the staffs were polite after we enquire about the charge no body respond properly and doesnt react. With no option i paid the with TIPS charges. I havent seen in any restaurant charging tips by themselves. Really bad and will not be going back.

I had lunch buffet on Saturday. It is really enjoyable. Most of the item is a south Indian Food and met my expectation. The items are Pongal, Caret Uthappam, Sambar, Curd Vadai, Fish Gravy, 2 Veg Gravy, Dal, Chicken, Chicken Briyani (too much oil), Beetroot Halwa, Rasagulla, Fruit Custard, 2 chutney, 2 pickel, veg salad, Pani Poori, etc

I had given a good review last year. Recently visited, the food was mediocre. Standards of quality has gone down. Food was lukewarm. I hate lukewarm food. Food needs to be hot! I felt the food was not made fresh. Ruch needs to improve.

Best food and good price. The food that I had was so good and my friends loved the food. Nice people work there. No words for my chicken biriyani it was so good and I still having the taste. Thank you so much Aruchu for the good food.
