Yummy. A must to go place on Maxwell street. The bottom line is: Indian food in Mexican grill style. If you are into Indian cuisine and you like Chipotle or Qdoba, I bet youre gonna love it. They have plenty of options for vegetarians and nonvegetarians both. First you get to choose what kind of bowl you are looking for, then choice of meat, rice, beans, sauce, dressing etc etc, just like Chipotle. They have masala chai too. The best Item I had there was Samosa Chat. Its a snack made out of basically samosa and other dressings and sauce and it would feel like heaven with that masala chai (tea). Awesome food for affordable price. Last but not the least, the ambiance is awesome, a little cozy. No seating outside though. So, if you are interested in trying indian food for the first time, I would suggest start with this one, and you wont regret. Tip: Tuesdays they have $2 bowls between 3 and 5 pm.

The food here was simply delicious. Its essentially Chipotle-style fast casual style with Indian staples. Incredibly fresh and tasty. I ordered a bowl with: - White rice - Chickpeas - Paneer (seriously this was good) - Curried tomato sauce - Mixed cucumber tomato salad - Cilantro - Spicy chilies - Pickled onions - Cilantro chutney Its very easy to eat vegetarian here. I enjoy meat, but I think the paneer was the most impressive looking protein they had on offer.

The "masala chai" is quite expensive, $2.17 for a chai !!! Are you kidding me, food is good but chai for that much nope, just because you are the only one serving chai in that area doesnt mean you sky rocket the price, Mr. Broast at UIC sells chai for $1 and is much better

Decent, quick food, and they have $2 bowls on Tuesday from 3-5, so definitely a good deal then. Not too pricey otherwise, though. Id say its similar to an Indian Chipotle or Qdoba. Lots of vegan and vegetarian options, too.

Get the bowl over the burrito. Everything is good so dont worry about ordering "wrong". Could be a little less expensive since its one of the few places open near UIC during summer lunch hours.

Its Fusion food but so what? Its a great concept. Imagine Chipotle style burrito bowls but with Indian curries. Love it!
