I live literally 1 minute from this location and I tell you what, by far this is the worst chipotle location ive ever been to. Lets start off with the food: the meat is low quality, u can tell just by looking at thre chicken for instance theres strings of Fat connecting it and when u chew it you bite into tendons which are unchewable and not to mention disgusting. The staff: the low hygiene level and tattoos and piercings, Hair all over the place is completely over the wall innapproapriate for restaurant standards in general, let alone chipotles. the moral of the review is this is the worst chipotle ive ever been to in the whole USA and ive been regular since 2002. For the past 8 mths ive been living in glenview, Im forced to drive 15 minutes to the next nearest chipotle by old orchard in Skokie!!

Best customer service in a long time! I work in retail and give really great customer service so it was really great to go out and recieve the same great service. The girls were so nice! I love their sweet peppers, they had ran out when I got there because they were busy; it was lunch time. I was disappointed but I understood and moved on with my order. To my surprise at the end the woman that was helping me in the very beginning comes with a plastic to-go with fresh new peppers that were just made! :) And when I left they all said good-bye! So nice and welcoming, workers really went above and beyond! I will be back, deffinatly the best Chipotle around!!

The workers here are very kind and quick. One of the cashier was very sweet when one of the people on the line messed up my order, she apologized and said that I didnt have to pay for it. Even though it wasnt her fault. I fully recommend this to everyone. Great customer service. Quick and easy. Spanish translators are also provided. There are 2 people who are regularly on cash who are experienced and I love coming in to seeing them. Valley and Tenzin were the names.

This is a frequent lunch place for me during the week. The quality is pretty consistent and the price is definitely reasonable. I normally cant even finish it during lunch. I was bumed to hear that they are changing the meats they are currently offering. I think they offered only grass fed meat but since prices are going up, thats no longer available. But I can understand, and it doesnt really change the taste, so how you perceive the food.

The food is good and wont get you sick. The only issue I have with this place is the music is so loud the employees have to ask you over multiple times what you would like on your burrito. Lower the music a bit and this will be a better experience.

I think this is not chipotle bcas the way they give food like we r bagger small qty n not train staff forget about customer satisfaction ........ Better drive 7 mile. Go some another nice place e.g Vernon hill, Schaumburg ,Skokie .....

This particular Chipolte has some issues in their cook. One time I got the saltiest burrito ever. And the other time I got the bowl with the piece of plastic bag. Customer service is fine. But food is sometimes good, sometimes bad.

I like the food at Chipotle and this location happens to be just 5 mins from my place. Very unprofessional staff and at this location they give only about 2/3 of the quantity compared to other locations.
