Customer service is horrible. I went in 8 oclock on a sunday night. They had one kid doing everything...and he took forever to wrap a burrito. There were 5+ people in line me being one of them. One guy just kept cleaning a clean counter and reorganizing things. Never once did he try to help out and take anyones order. The girl at the register had her back turned putting wax paper in trays for chips. Unreal...took 20 minutes for me to get a bowl to go. Ran out of steak and lettuce...took 5 minutes to go get it. Out of corn and didnt have any. I usually go to the village crossing one. Decided to try this one...never again.

Absolutely rancid meal. They had HEATED my pre-ordered salad for what seems like an extended time. The lettuce, pico, and guac had turned into soup. There was a good 1/2 inch of soupy fluids on the bottom, while the lettuce and pico was completely hot and mush. The chicken had been marinating in this slop for a good amount of time. It was the foulest smell you could imagine when I opened that container. Are they trying to kill me? What an absolutely disgusting experiencing. They should be ashamed of their stupidity heating a salad.

As mentioned by previous reviewers it seems that the management at this location specifically instructs their employees to limit the portions they are putting in their burritos and bowls. As I was constructing my burrito the gentlemen in front of me was also requesting additional condiments and cheese as the portions were extremely anemic to begin with. I would image it would be hit or miss depending on the person serving but its been relatively the same regardless of whos behind the counter. Best of luck if you patron this Chipotle!

The food portions are terrible! The owners should be ashamed. They actually skimp out on food and almost appears as if they are measuring the quantity. For almost 5 years Ive been going to Chipotle and this is the worst one by far. If you can find another place to eat I strongly encourage it. I wish corporate would do something about this because I even stopped eating Chipotle for a while because I thought all locations were starting to doing this. Nope, just this one.

I love chipotle! But it seemed like the people there didnt want to put enough food in my bowl. I had to ask for extra everything because they were putting so little. It wasnt even busy. Just me and a lady in front of me. But they were slacking a bit but Id rather wait and get a decent portion size than to not. Hopefully management works on this. Ive been to plenty of other chipotles and the employees put plenty of food in the bowls.

Stopped in to the Uptown Park Ridge location for the Teacher Appreciation day BOGO deal. Despite the large crowds, the staff did an outstanding job keeping the line moving and seating available. I definitely felt appreciated as a teacher in the community!

Food is excellent, but service is terrible at this location. Online orders are never ready at the scheduled pick up time and they make you go to the end of the line. Whats the point of online ordering if the foods not ready and you have to wait in line?

These guys are awesome, the food is Chipotle average but the service is great. Get this, they even stay open another 15 minutes after their closing time to allow for people to get their last second Mexican grill fix. Love this Chipotle.

We understand that this location is very busy today, but the 3 meals we ordered for the office are less than satisfactory. Ice cold ingredients in bowls, old wilted lettuce, and fatty chicken pieces. Never had a problem here before.
