I have been going to this location for lunch about twice a week for the past year. Their service has always been poor. Even if you are a regular they dont consider the correct portion size when placing ingredients into the tortilla. Its hit or miss. I am always polite and say please and thank you. I am also very patient to wait for ingredients that seem to always be out at their busiest time (chicken, rice, beans, fajita vegetables, guacamole). This seems insanely ridiculous, how have they not learned to prepare more food well in advance after it happening the first time? This makes the long line even longer and more cluttered. Then because of this, they get ingredients wrong and their customer service suffers. Also dont even think about placing an order online because they will get it wrong or it wont be ready by the time its scheduled to be picked up. I once waited for Guacamole to be prepared for an order I was making for my co-worker. I waited patiently for 5 minutes for them to put it on the burrito bowl. Finally it was ready and I assumed the woman would put Guacamole on the bowl because I have been standing/waiting for 5 minutes so I didnt even bother to make sure. Sure enough, I get back to work to find that there is no guacamole on the burrito bowl even though I paid for it on the receipt and waited 5 minutes. These sorts of things happen all of the time. I love Chipotle since it is healthy and the ingredients are usually quality. I have been a regular at different Chipotles for years and I can tell the difference between good and bad service. Since this location is the only one close to my work, I will continue to go there, I just hope they can do something to fix their terrible service.

I am known for my quest for customer service perfection. Every time I go there, I go for the office and have more than one order. This location always feels like they are rushing you through the line before you can get your order out. In doing so they dont always get the full order completely correct the first time, and only seem to be motivated to be speedy. As a result good customer service takes a back door. I have not been to many places that can be speedy with good customer service. Its either one or the other. Often times, they are out of many of the popular items during peak times, like no one knows how to pre-plan and start preparing items before they run out. They are also always the chintziest with the fajita vegetables for some reason.

I work in the area and have gone to this location once a week for the past 3 years. In the past 2 months, THE FOOD QUALITY AND SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN TREMENDOUSLY. The rice has been hard and crusty and Tomatoes & Lettuce brown every time. Also, every time Ive gone the last 2-3 months, they are out of all every meat and have a line out door because everyone waiting on fresh food when it is the middle of lunch rush and have only been open an hour. Shouldnt they expect the lunch rush and prepare accordingly? I understand they have a new manager and may be the cause of the not so fresh food and lack of having food prepped on time. Because of the poor food quality and long wait due to food not being ready, I will never be going to this location again.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever been to in 14 years of eating chipotle. At 12:45PM on a Friday, out of rice, fajitas, chicken and steak. One person in the kitchen, completely overwhelmed. Extremely poor attitude from the staff. Dirty. Im writing this review past midnight of the same day, well after my normal bedtime, but Im up because my stomach is killing me. I eat chipotle sometimes 3-4 times a week no problem, but the burrito bowl from this location screwed me up royally. This is all a damn shame because most chipotles in the Chicagoland area are well oiled machines, but this one is a clown act, they should have played circus music on the speakers.

Ive been coming here for nearly ten years, as I work nearby, and the service is usually pretty good. The service lately is terrible. Something big must have changed recently, though- maybe a large turnover, management change, procedural change, something. The lines are usually out the door but it is REALLY slow now. Expect to have to wait for ingredients like rice, steak, chicken, ice, etc., during busy times, or just pick from whats already made. I had to wait for beans, chicken, guacamole, and napkins today (and not all at once!). I hope they get it figured out soon, or Ill be going somewhere else.

This Chipotle sets the bar for all others to compare to. I work in the area and have never been scared of a line that snakes out the door of this Chipotle. I know that this location is efficient, friendly, and generous. I can start the line from the door and be past the register in 5 minutes. Its amazing. This is hands down my favorite Chipotle. The food is always fresh and Ive never been given attitude for customizing (adding more to!) my order as I make my way through the line.

Last time I was here the service was horrible, people that worked here seemed like they are court ordered to work at this place and the amount of meat in my burrito bowl was so little I felt like vegetarian eating beans and rice. Todays staff was these fine black ladies who were smiling, polite and accommodating to their customers and I actually got right amount of meat on my plate. Thank you for great improvement on the staff

Worst experience at this chipotle. Go in there at 5pm and theres 1 person in front and about 5 people gossiping in the back. Get home and my order is completely wrong, chicken is obviously old and hard, beans completely uncooked, burrito bowl is halfway full. Also, they ran out of coke and ice. Called to complain and the service was NOT the greatest. This place is a joke.

The food is cool but concerned about proper hygene.The glass for the cafe bar is too low. so some custend to peak in and might end up contaminating the food. also, one of their workers at the bat doea not wear a hat...so during rush hours he is serving while sweating hard.... i love Chipotle and enrolled in their Chiptopia thing...i think it has potentials to improve

I go to place at least once a week. I would like to know how they measure the serving. Because, sometime I can count the meats or chicken they put on my burrito. When I asked for more, they wantto ccharge me more. So, I like to know, is it half a spoon or a full spoon of serving?

Their burito is so poor. Its 6/20/2015 3.35pm now. They are cheap on everything, not just meat. Double meat is about 1.5 times of regular size on other locations which are so much better. And I eat at Chipotle often. And yes, they are always out of salt.

I think they should hire a new manager to at least see to it there is cheese on the line or reasonably ready. I mean its chipotle! Cheese is a staple. Lazy workers with no care that they are running low on anything! Requested our money back and left
