Bitners made brownies and a small cake for my wedding. The brownies and cake were amazing, however the service was lacking. The bakery showed up to the venue 2 hours early and did not set up anything, as they said they would. They also claimed I did not have a cake topper for my cake, after I had personally dropped it off with all pertinent information regarding my wedding. It also said our last name on it.... Naturally, the day of the wedding nobody was available to speak with about getting the cake top. After a phone call from my wedding coordinator and an email from me the found the topper and are mailing it back. Overall, communication with the baker was difficult and they did not do as they promised during our tasting.

I ordered 40 cupcakes for my daughters baby shower. They got the order incorrect. They were supposed to be filled and they were not. The cake was dry and not very flavorful. For $95 for 40 cupcakes, I expected a bit more. When we inquired, letting them know they got the order wrong, they made it sound like our fault, and said the original order sheet had been lost! Of course it was lost! They did nothing at all to correct their mistake, and when we said we were dissatisfied and would not use them again, they shrugged it off, like "oh well, we dont care". Horrible customer service. Not at all worth the money.

Had them do our wedding, waste of good money. Cupcakes were supposed to be jumbo and they werent. Also supposed to be half chocolate and half white cake. They got that part right but half of each type was supposed to be filled with custard and half filled with cream. Ended up with all the chocolate custard filled and all the white ones cream filled. Thank God we tried their cookies before the wedding. Ive had communion wafers with more flavor. Canceled the cookies and got eclairs (Ill give them a B+). Baker was also late for setting the cake table.

Stopped in while getting gas next door. My wife loves bacon so I surprised her with a maple frosting donut topped with bacon she loved it. My favorite is jelly filled even though they were out of jelly filled they offed to immediately fill any doughnut of my choosing. Nice people.

Bittners made a beautiful, moist and delicious red velvet cake for a double birthday party I was having for family. The cake was incredible and the service was amazing. Ill go there for all my bakery needs in the future.

Delicoussness! Donuts and coffee are awesome and the owner Amy is soooooso nice :). My husband loves the maple bacon donuts. Definately a place to put on the morning agenda!

Poor service, poor prices, poor coordination on pre-orders. Go somewhere else for your bakery goods. Piggly-Wiggly in LG or Simple Bakery are good viable options.

Really cute mom and pop bakery. Excellent coffee donuts and bagels and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. A must stop spot in Lake Geneva.
