This place USED to be my favorite in the area. The quality has really gone down. I ordered the General Taos chicken and it was breading with sauce, basically no chicken inside the breading and the chicken that was inside was stringy, gross!! On top of it, I ordered for delivery and requested extra sauce instead they send no sauce with slow delivery. I recommend going somewhere else!!!

Very nice phone ordering process, quick delivery, great food. We had not ordered from here before so we chose a few options from Lo Mein, a beef dish, steamed dish and spicy chicken dish with egg rolls and spring rolls - everything was great! Dragon Star has brought us back to liking Chinese food again.

The food here is simply amazing and the owner is very personable and friendly. No matter what I order, it is always bursting with flavor. The amount of food you get for your money is a great deal. I recommend this place to everyone I know. No other Chinese place around here comes close.

Dragon star is the best Chinese food in Mundelein, They are very affordable and you get a lot of food for the price. They food is great quality and looks good. I have dragon star at least 2 to 3 times for lunch a month. Great food!

Favorite Chinese place ever, Mongolian Chicken is my personal favorite but you literally cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. It can take awhile for delivery so I usually call in and pick up.

Great take out food! We always get the genera tso chicken (mild; for the kids) and the shrimp and black bean sauce. My kids are picky but they like this place.
