As I was placing my order, I watched and witnessed. The employee transfer fried rice from rice cooker/warmer to serving line using the ice scoop from ice machine, after she filled serving pan that looked like it was there all day, she took a cup filled it with water from the coffee nachine and poured the wAter directly on the fried rice on the serving line. Then tried to remember what my order was. I said i change my mind and walk away. Never eat here.

The service is quick and the food is very good. I would not recommend the rice, but the noodles are great! The honey chicken is really sweet and the bourbon chicken has a smokey flavor; they are my two favorites.
