Went to this location with my girlfriend and sat at a bar high top because all the booths were taken by young high school kids who basically made a huge mess. My girlfriend ordered a couple drinks from the bar, which were not equipped with everything the drinks called for because the bar did not have all the garnishes/ingredients. Then upon receiving our food my wings were cold when they hit the table. The manager came by just to deliver the new basket of wings and apologize. Then watched us eat while he stood in the corner of the bar. Our bill was not compensated in any way considering how "bad" our visit was at this location. Probably would not visit this location again, not even for a drink considering the bar cannot get it together.

So me and my husband dam near live in Bdubs .....but for some reason the last few times weve came into this location the service and food have been horrible. 1st time we got cold food my guess it had been sitting before someone thought or figure out which table it should have went to. The manager Scott was very nice and apologized even brought out fresh food. So today we decided to go bacm in to this location its close to home very convenient but yet again we went in no wait sat by the bar and waited 30 minutes or more to get our food. Really disappointed because we love the food but will not be returning to this location.

I usually dont complain or write reviews but our food was so disappointing. Went here with my husband and it was freezing where we were seated. I left my coat on the whole time and so did my husband. Then, when we finally got our food after about 30 minutes our wings and fries were cold! They messed up my husbands order and then when they brought it back the sauces were wrong and the wings were still cold. My wings were room temperature but still not hot. We usually love bdubs but I would not recommend going to this one. We did not get reimbursed for anything. The only thing that was good was our beer...because they were cold!

Stopped in today, my friend just came back from MCRD Marines he was feeling a little sick and the manager kicked us out because my friend went to the bathroom to throw up a little. The manager was very rude about telling us to go that we needed to get out now with no warning or apology made up lies about him getting up three times and throwing up everywhere. He went once and cleaned after himself and I just have to say the worst manager I have honestly met wouldnt recommend anyone to come here especially to treat someone who is serving our country like that.

Ive never experienced racism as I have today! Was looked up and down. Made to wait for 15 minutes while atleast 3 different people come out to look at us like we have 2 heads each then seat us to have us wait another 15 minutes before a person came over. Was asked our drink order then went to another table that has already been served to chat. We got up and walked out. As I exited I let the manager know it was not good business to treat customers as a side show and make them wait forever to be served! RIDICULES!

This Buffalo Wild Wings is a prime example of good food service. Every time I go in there, they know exactly what I want in terms of food and drink, especially in the bar area. This place knows and treats their customers like family, and if they dont, they will eventually. Its that connection that MANY restaurants in the Chicagoland area are lacking in. My only gripe would be that sometimes, like family, they just dont want you to leave. Sometimes it takes a little push for them to give you your bill.

i live about 20 minutes away from a few different buffalo wild wings locations, and this is the one i choose to go to! hands down the best in the Chicagoland area. ive had no issues with the service; and in fact, the service has been phenomenal every time ive been to this location. despite other reviews, ive never had any orders messed up. also, they do the smoothest, quickest, and most accurately estimated take-out of any buffalo wild wings locations in the area.

First visit. Walked in and no one was at the front door. So I didnt know to wait to be seated or if we ordered at the counter. It took a few minutes to find someone to ask. Then the waitress, after explaining to wait to be seated, sat the party who came in behind us. She didnt come back. Then another employee sat us. On the bright side, our waitress was great, sweet, and attentive. Our food was average. Priced at bit higher than the quality.

Our server was Caitlin last night. We did arrive 40 minutes before closing time but made sure to order right away within 5-10 minutes. At the end, she brought our food at 1:48 exactly. It doesnt take that long to cook a burger, thats IF it was cooked because all the food was cold. She only had two tables so she wasnt busy nor did we ask for much. With low quality servers and cold food, why would anyone want to go back?

Overall good quality is food and decent drink selection. Service is hit or miss; most are good. There is one waiter worth mentioning; unfortunately I havent had him recently so I cant remember his name but he is the "whats your favorite color" waiter....awesome service and great personality. Good place to watch "the game" but can be impossible to get a table during those times...especially if the hawks are playing.

Wings, sports, beer. What more can a man really ask for? If you answered girls, their wait staff at most locations is primarily younger women. If you answered video games, sign up for Buzztime. Thats their in house handheld tablet that includes trivia, poker, etc. The only drawback here being on promotional nights (Tuesday, Thursday and sometimes Sunday) the wait to get in can be ridiculous.

I have been to this place, I can see more than half the tables are free and waiting for cleaning for more than 30mins and at the same time I can see crowd is waiting at the enterance to get a table. If they would have cleaned the table on timely manner at least they would have accommodated the crowd waiting outside for breeze. I request giving an excuse is not solution all the time

I went with a couple friends the other day and we asked for ranch. The waiter added that itll cost .60 for the ranch which was fine. But we never got the ranch. He put it on our bill anyways and when we told him about it he said "sorry there isnt anything he can do." "Do you want some carrots?" I love Buffalo Wild Wings but lately their service is not okay. Wont be returning.

The food is generally always good. The service is so so at best. The carry out leaves much to be desired. Half the time the phone is disconnected when trying to call in an order. When you go to pick up the food it is hit or missed if they are organized. Sometimes it is ready right away others you wait an absurd amount of time before someone checks if your food is ready.
