Ate here for second time tonight and it was horrible both times. I had actually forgot about this place and my wife confirmed it once we arrived. Service is terrible 1 drink refill the entire time and had to track down server to get it. The bbq if you can call it that is terrible. I always order naked (no sauce) so I can taste the smoke but ribs were bone dry, brittle and hard in many spots. Burnt ends horrible. The only thing decent was tater tots and cheese curds. Great bbq is hard to get bit decent q is pretty easy. Learn to keep you meat properly and how to prep it for service. Both visits the service was terrible and I could have easily dine and dashed as my party was in the car waiting for 15 minutes while I waited for my server to finally return. My advice if you want some drinks and apps at a cool looking place it is ok but i wouldnt eat here again ever. I posted pics of ribs and burnt ends that should be a nice warning as well.

We just went to Rack for the first time had a great meal. It was a really nice experience, awesome cheese curds, totally Wisconsin legit fresh squeaky cheese, and I tried the beef brisket and the pulled pork, which was excellent and I totally recommend it. The barbeque is better than Famous Daves and Smokey Bones, we were very pleasantly surprised. There was lots of seating, the bar is very well-stocked and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable, my dinner entree was just under $20 for a huge plate of food, you could easily (and happily) be fed for under $15 though, lots of great menu choices. We also found out that they deliver. We will definitely go back again!

Held my sons rehearsal dinner here last weekend and it was nothing short of PERFECT. Lindsey was efficient, professional and extremely helpful in selecting every detail of venue from food selection, to quantity recommendation to ensuring the patio and private room were set up to comfortably hold 60. Bartender, two servers and the chef all were excellent and food to die for. Bacon wrapped shrimp, buffalo chicken wontons, beignets - all gourmet quality. This restaurant is a must whether for private party or heading for dinner or lunch. 4 folks went there again the next day for lunch prior to wedding. Eat here! Service, food, menu variety all outstanding!

Ill start with the best part, the coleslaw was pretty good, but it was downhill from there. I think I went wrong by not having a few drinks first to dull my senses, but this places was just not that appealing. The table was sticky, not because it was dirty, just the finish on it. The extra sauce on the table is super runny, the brisket was tough and had no flavor, and we got our food before our apetizer, and had to ask twice for our apetizer, which came about 10 minutes after our food. Heard a lot of praise about this place, but it didnt live up to the hype.

Ive eaten in once and had delivery, through GrubHub a few times. Each time has been great. When eating in the service was very good. The place is very cozy with dim lighting. The drinks are well made, especially their moonshines. Food is always great even with delivery, although the fries/tots can get a bit mushy due to over-streaming but that is somewhat normal with delivery. The BBQ sandwiches, Reuben included, are all good. The nachos are amazing, Ive gotten them twice as an entree.

Great atmosphere, good beer selection, great food. Came here for some drinks and appetizers. Beer prices were reasonable with a small-medium sized tap list. Burnt ends and cheese curds were both fantastic. Burnt ends were done properly, and not just large chunks of brisket with a little bit of burnt end. Texas BBQ sauce with then was great. Prices were a little higher than our normal casual dining budget, but worth it so far. Will definitely return for full meals sometime soon.

So the food was good. They provided wonderful service because when one of our dishes had a long blond hair on it, they quickly and courteously replaced it with a new plate and covered the cost of that item. Since we couldnt finish the generous portion, we put it in a "to go box", however, we found a shorter, darker, curlier hair in the bottom of the dish they replaced . GROSS! Then they comped our entire bill to help cure our nausea. If there were no hair issues Id say enjoy!

I have been there twice since it opened just a few weeks ago. Both times, I received awesome service, great food and felt right at home. I ordered the buffalo chicken egg rolls (dont remember exactly what they were called) and they are one of the best tasting things I have ever eaten in my life. I strongly recommend ordering them and going here. The bar area was nice and had the Blackhawks game on. Great place to go!

The food was a lot better before they changed chefs, and the menu. The last time I was there it tasted like the lid fell of the salt when they were making the mash potatoes and they didnt mix it in. When I complained they didnt seem to care. The only reason I would go back is because some of the people I travel with enjoy it.

The Bbq brisket Nachos here are insanely delicious, the chef put a twist on these things, as he pairs the brisket w/ 3 blends of cheese, black bean corn, jalapenos and fresh fire roasted salsa and sour cream! My pulled pork sandwich did not disappoint either. I have no pics because I demolished everything. ;)

Our organization recently choose the catering option. The staff all loved the food. The ribs were perfectly cooked and the meat simply fell off the bone. Most people simply look at the meat options; however, the salad options were also very delicious. I highly recommend Rack House for your catering needs.

Just ok. Both meals were warm not hot. Our server was very good she ran from table to table. The pick two meal was three bones of ribs and the brisket was 4 slices, so very light portions. Had barbecue last month in St. Louis bring those flavors and portions and the line goes out the door.

Didnt get a chance to try anything. Smelled great though! Seated right away, but sat for close to 40 min. Someone dropped off water, then nobody came back. Table right next to us sat down after and got serviced multiple times. I know that the Cubs were on and its a busy night, but come on!

Had the company Christmas party there and they fell flat on their face, cold food and poor service for a group of over 30 people. Tried them 3 more times and we will never go back!!! Under cooked ribs, wrong orders!! They are more concerned with their bar then the quality of their food.

Great location off I90 & Arlington Heights Road. Nice clean restaurant. My favorite apps were the Cheese Curds & Bacon Wrapped Cajun Shrimp. If they have it, try the beer can chicken! Great selection of cocktails & craft beer as well! If you like milder IPAs try the Founders All Day IPA!

Food was mediocre. Had to practically rip the meat off the bones for the ribs. Youd think a place called rack house would have some decent ribs. Brisket was good. Server messed up a lot but we ended up getting free food and drinks because of it so i guess I cant complain about that.
