In the past I used to to go to this bakery because of their excellent bagels, so decided to visit this place today. It seems like nowadays this bagel bakery is owned and run by an Indian family. After I bought there 6 bagels which cost 6 dollars and 46 cents, the cashier (indian guy) didnt give me my receipt. I asked for my receive and later on I found out I was charged with "additional item" - (thats how it was written on my receipt) for 1 extra dollar. Of course beside 6 bagels in my bag I found nothing, no any "additional items" I was charged for. In total Ive paid 8 dollars and some cents which taking into consideration with taxes from 6$.46 is more than should be. Actually I am not a stingy person. I just stand for the fair game. You shouldnt demand your receipt. It should be given to you right away. And in a receipt everything should written clear without any extra "additional charges". My mistake I didnt asked the cashier right away because I was in a hurry. So still dont know what this "additional item" means. My advice to everyone, be careful check your receipt before leaving the store.

Ordered 4 bagels for delivery. Their location is only 5 miles from our office, normally a 15-20 min drive. Took over an hour to get here, all of the bagels were cold. Another person in my office placed an order as well that had about 5-6 items on there, so I understand some of the delay. But! Despite it going to the same place, me and the other person that ordered both paid a delivery charge. Not cool. Were in a smaller building, so it wasnt like the driver had to hunt someone down in a large complex.

Took 15 minutes to make a $7 panini that isnt even hot and the cheese isnt melted just Nasty and warm. Theres people waiting for their food while the manager is facing the drinks doing nothing to help. The customer that ordered after us got their food first and even asked why he didnt make ours first. Theres a drink called Island oasis on the menu " the finest frozen drink." I asked for that and he didnt know what it was. Im so annoyed never coming back.

A New York style bagel presented in a colorful, comfortable and friendly environment. Several dozens of flavors are offered, all fresh daily. The restaurants menu also offers omelets, panini, sandwiches, chilli, soups and salads.They even bake grain "bones" for mans best friend, in a couple of sizes. Wheelchair-accessible including bathrooms.

So I havent been there for lunch. Only breakfast sandwiches. They have always been pretty quick and the food is hot. I see other reviews stating otherwise but maybe its a different time of day. That being said I think the bagels themselves are just ok, generally too big and airy. Cream cheese is pretty good.

Small place but the food is great, everything is priced very fair. They sell beagles for dogs... But you have to ask for them, also they sell out very fast. I am a medic in the area, you will see our ambulance parked out front all the time.

I found hair in my bagel blah nasty I will never go back to that dirty place. Also i have noticed i have been charged $1 for an additional item but i did not have time to go back and ask why what for.

Took an hour and a half to deliver 4 bagels to our office 4 miles away... Mine was toasted for about 3 seconds, and delivered cold. Definitely wont be trying this place again.
